Oddly enough, NYC has one of the best shelters possible for tornadoes: The subway system.
Get as many people as possible in each subway car.

And I think almost every building in Manhattan has deep basements/underground areas.
I just watched it and i love how all of these scenarios since the cx4 22 virus has an actual storyline and not just happen in a random day of the future. This really makes it more enjoyable

I would. But an EF6 scenario is already taken, and tbh I think all EF6 scenarios should be retired to the Original.
