You forgot Dr Mario and Puzzle League (GBA), Doctor Mario Online Rx (Wii), Dr. Luigi (Wii U), Dr Mario World (android), Doctor Mario Express (DSi), and Dr Mario's more relaxed version from Brain Age on the DS. I may be forgetting a few.
