if you feed the crew more liberally, the game will reward your "luck" more often when it comes to finding soup or accomplishing scenarios, plus not letting them go hungry increases your odds for your crew to become loyal and also gives them random chances to upgrade some of your items for free, and also become soulmates with other crewmates. Still not sure exactly what the bonus of soulmates does, but maybe save that for a future video? Good Luck, Jay!

Jay, you accidentally told Baby he was a liability. You have to be careful when interacting with the crew, because if you say the wrong things to them or treat them badly, they’ll become insubordinate and start sabotaging you.

What do they do when they become insubordinate
The Cookie Delivery Boy When any of the crew becomes insubordinate, they refuse to do any scavenging and have a chance to turn traitor. If all of the crew becomes traitors, you’ll get a game over. You have to be a good captain to prevent your crew from turning on you, or they’ll keep sabotaging you until the end. Not sure what happens if you get an ending with an insubordinate crewmate or if you have to kick them out, but I know it isn’t good.
It’s also dangerous to increase morale really high and become soulmates with someone, then “cheat” on your soulmate, they’ll kill you. But if you stay with them and tell another person who wants to be your soulmate “no” they also have a chance to be insubordinate.
Jay was lucky Baby didn’t turn against him because that’s one of the events that either increases your relationship with Baby or ruins it.

5. You can get any item.
6. Bronco must be healed immediately if he gets hurt.
7. (Only if you want to challenge yourself to the upmost limits.) Baby must be well fed every 5 days.

The false prophecy
1: you always have the golden cow
2:only bring 4 people, no food or water, the golden cow, and the crafting things
3:must survive for 30 days and get a surviving ending
4:(for a CHALLENGE) NO SPECIAL PEOPLE AND LAND ON THE TOUGHEST PLACE TO GET AN ENDING
One thing I found out about 60 parsecs is that treating everyone well, making everyone in the shuttle your friend and feeding them often (about every 5-8 days) makes them more likely to find soup.
EDIT: they will also upgrade things for you.
I can reaffirm you all, Jay is THAT DUDE!
