- The Warning is a rock band from Monterrey, Mexico, consisting of three sisters: Daniela, Paulina, and Alejandra Villarreal. They gained popularity through their TH-cam channel, where they posted covers of classic rock songs and eventually began showcasing their original music. The energy and chaos of these older Vlogs is awesome but poor Dany trying to keep her sisters on track.
The Warning Portugal are uploading many of their oldest, obscurest shows (2016, 2017 and others) and the shows of their argentinian tour are there now. And yes, they EVOLVE Martirio
One of the reasons I, and I expect others, folllow them. They are just delightful young people. 🥰
I absolutely adore Ale in these earlier vlogs and Instagram posts. She's so charismatic, expressive and mostly-unintentionally funny. I miss this version of her; she's such a joy to listen to and watch!
Ale mentioned having to get up early multiple times. Must be her top priority, getting her sleep! My daughter was like that as a teen.
The second one is so funny they had me in stitches! hilarious.
These are great. Still struggling to find words in English, but still cheerful and adorable. The time they spent in NJ recording ERROR, they spoke mainly English for 3 months, so they really got excellent. The first interview I ever saw was from 2015. It was a zoom recording. They were in Mexico and the interviewer was in Canada. It is 30 minutes long, great questions, and worth a reaction. Stuff we already know, but to see how polished they have become in so short of a time is impressive. The Warning, English interview in 2015.....that will get you to the video.
It was fun revisiting this vlog, I thoroughly enjoy watching Dani trying to keep her sisters on track, it’s like herding cats. These interactions with their fans is their secret weapon to their success. They are down to earth and relatable. One can never really know a performer from afar but I would be shocked to find out they weren’t the nicest people.
Ale keeps track of everything. She knows what is going on.

The three girls are really a bunch of bumblebees. So hard to stay on track, especially as someone who understands English as a second language, and yet so entertaining and funny. I especially admire Dany, who sits there in the middle and tries to bring calmness and order at least temporarily and remains calm between the other two bumblebees. 😂
In the comments for their LA Vlog, I saw that a fan referred to it as "Dany trying to herd cats." Hahahaha! Yep! Good one!
Thanks Glenn....so so so much enjoy these Vlogs with the girls....just sitting here laughing and smiling...my damn face hurts. They could easily make a Reality show and it would be hilarious. Poor Dany, always try to keep some semblance of order in the hive but never really works out...but she is always smiling, what a great personality. Need to do the all of these, it will certainly brighten up anyone's day. I can tell it is hard for you to stop smiling....it is addictive with the girls. Glenn. Their manager, Rudy, has loose lips. This was a time when this band wasn't well known. The 2019 Argentina tour was there first tour they actally done (away from Mexico) up to that point. Argentina was their precursor for their first major headlining North American 2020 tour (2019 Kickstarter Campaign). The band also debut a new song, *Martirio,* during the Argentina tour.
Exactly. Martirio then is an early version too which was still epic, but the final release is simply perfect.
Somehow, I like the drum fill in the Argentinian version a bit better...
The pre-covid girls were way over the top Fun and Funny! Just as entertaining off stage as on! Thanks Glenn! (waiting for more)
This is the type of chatter that reminds you that, regardless of all the success, they remain normal teenage girls at heart. "When I grow up" says it all.
Dany talks slowly and Pau has no patience at all. So Pau often finishes Dany's sentences for her because Dany's slow talking drives her crazy. Pau talks like a machine gun. Dany and Ale have said that Pau speaks Spanish so fast even they can't always understand her.

I grew up and live in Texas. It too has its own form of Spanish. Its close to what Pau is speaking about in the vlog. After school i moved to Florida. My Spanish was almost useless, being full of TexMex slang. Worked with professional folks from the entire Caribbean. At least 5 forms of Spanish and "common" English at every meeting. At least i could claim that Spanish was not even close to my first language. I learned it at home and the streets (well school, but not classroom). I never read or wrote Spanish. I had limited formal cultural knowledge.I really hate that i lost 90% of it by non-use, but i can sorta follow the girls along since even when speaking Spanish they put the odd english word in the dialog. Its funny that Pau knows English better than most Americans but stuggles in her birth tongue when speaking to other Spanish countries. Like 90% of the TexMex speakers. I had better luck with my high school German in Germany than English when in some English speaking countries.
I have worked professional level jobs across America. I always told folks that English is/was not my first language. Even as a post graduate level professional, i was handicapped by my Texas roots.
PS. Nothing funnier that watching two Cubans arguing that their Spanish and their personal heritage was more Castilian than the other. God I know that as an Anglo, I am a Heinze 57. A little of everything with a large dose of Scotch Irish and Native American, about a 1/4th each, fill in the rest. Most Cubans are pretty much the same - a mix of everything.
Here Dani talks of the video were Lula the lead singer for Eruca comes out to the audience and hands the guitar to Dani and Dani proceeds to shred with the guitar and impromptu first for Dani and us that we are able to witness it on the video.

I wonder if they ever look at these vlogs themselves these days. They will probably not know whether to cringe or to roll over laughing 😂… it may be just the wrong distance in time right now, feels like ages but it’s really close enough to remember quite well. They will probably have to have kids themselves to be able to realise how adorable they were for the fans.
They are so adorable and innocent compared to today's youth, very refreshing and very entertaining! Something worth noting, there's a video posted about 2 yrs ago by UMusicMexico showing them reacting to their famous cover of Enter Sandman with English subtitles. Perhaps you've already done this, but it's fun to watch.

I watch every THE WARNING and AURORA post that you guys do but, again, I lose track and I guess I'm too lazy to check first whether I have or not.
