As a responsible group they should atleast kept themselves updated regarding the Rehab centers. They should do routine checkup of the rehabs along with the district administration that if those rehabs are complying with the norms or not. You cannot just handover the kids to the rehabs without knowing whereabouts of these so called institutions. Even the district administration was sleeping during all these years. Now that a life has lost they are acting upon it. Why do they always have to wait for something bad to happen.
