That's a good workout. I walk a lot but no strengthening exercises for a few years, so that was all I could do for now. OK I plan to be back every day and tone up!
This workout is not very intensive. if you are very out of shape you'll build muscle, but past that this is more just a healthy routine than real big muscle gain. if you're goal is to get in shape then this is good. if you're goal is explicitly weight gain it most likely won't help after a certain point. at least not only 10 minutes of it. I'm no expert though, just my experience, so take this with grain of salt.

Some but not much. You'll need weights to gain a serious amount of muscle. This is about strength not muscle gain.
