    Very interesting! I do most of these workouts for my basketball training and its cool to know that a great amount of these exercises transfer to other sports.

    I’d developed patellar tendinitis during my first year of doing Muay Thai. The last stage for recovery is plyometrics. So, Im trying to figure a way to do this in a sport specific way.

    The reverb is very annoying, maybe try using a Personal Mic, greenscreen/digitally added slides would also improve readability.

      All the weights and plyometrics can't replace skill. Not saying we should disregard all these supplemental exercises but skills pays the bills.

      @@bondjames-bond7664nah they just focus more on their technique and skills and they have the athleticism like hand eye and foot eye co ordination that makes them able to learn the skills.

      You won't get power from sparing only speed at after a while your speed will hit a limit if you do only sparing and bag
