  • Part 2 of learning to create your own unique and one of a kind Part Sheets of glass to use in your Fused Glass or Stained Glass projects!
It is a fun and easy process with endless possibilities! I know every time I make one or two, I have a ton of ideas come at me for future projects!
I am trying to keep these videos on the shorter side (this one is just a bit longer than the first - I'll do better in the future to keep them to about 20-30 minutes tops! I know it is hard to watch longer videos and be able to go back and find what you are looking for later.
I do have an Amazon affiliate store and sometimes I will post the items I am using as a link to Amazon. It does not change the price of the item for you however.
If you don't have a kiln, I do have some of my designs for sale on my website under "Glass Components". I have texture and frit part sheets and can make specific colors if you email me. www.jenelart.com
**NOTE** I was able to get some of the blue handle sifters to sell....they have a long 6" handle and are really easy to use. I wish they were metal, but I have been using the ones in the video for years so they hold up nicely. Here is the link:

Does that camaru have a sparkling shimmer to it. Never seen it before and I like it.

The carnelian? No it doesn't have iridescent but it is a beautiful color.

No I didn't order any yet because I didn't get confirmation that anyone wanted any. I'll order a few this week.

I've never seen this or heard about glass art.
Do u wear a mask or gloves when using the lead based products???

    • @JenelArt

Hello. Thank you for the question. I do wear a mask with glass powder frit because it is very fine and can get into your lungs easily. I don't normally wear gloves with the frit, but I do when I'm soldering stained glass using lead solder.

Thanks for your reply. I work with resins & also must wear a respirator & gloves. Others who enjoy or buy our creative works never know some of the health risks we are exposed to from products we use.
I'm so glad you take safety precautions.

Resin seems like a lot of fun! Yes I don't think people realize the time and caution needed 🙂
