Those giant Aldi pizzas I'm pretty sure say right on the box to not freeze them because their frozen during shipment. Thawing and refreezing can mess up bread texture, so if that was your main issue, you should try again with a different flavor of pizza and unfrozen.
Also, Aldi salsa is amazing. I think you got a bad jar.
You should try Aldi brand of cereals.

It must have been a bad jar of Aldi's salsa. Aldi's has a 200% money back guarantee on their products. If you bring it back they will give you a fresh jar and your money back. Did the top pop when you first opened the Aldi's jar? Maybe someone opened it at the store and hocked a huge loogie in it. It's been known to happen.

RE: the Aldi pizza: Do not freeze it; before baking, let pizza get to room temp. Cooking instructions: 1.) Preheat oven to 550 degrees 2.) grease (with cooking spray) a 16-inch round cooking sheet and place room temp pizza on it; 3.) bake on middle rack 12-13 minutes at 550 degrees, cheese will be bubbling when done; 4.) let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. It took much trial and error but when I cook it this way, it comes out FABULOUS. Better than any frozen pizza you'll buy.

I always buy the Aldi Fair Trade Certified Dark Roast (like you have in your video)- especially over Starbuck's. IMO, people who prefer Starbuck's like the burnt taste of that dark roast over a smoother taste and finish of most other dark roasts. I have friends who have independently and without prompting described Starbuck's as "burnt", as well. I would be able to tell which one was Starbuck's, too - but not because it was better. I really have come to think some people have conditioned themselves to think because Starbuck's got us going on "designer" coffee, it must be better. I used to drink Starbuck's when it was the only game in town, but with good quality brands at the store - and my own hometown coffee place, which is not a chain, and better and cheaper - I haven't had Starbuck's in YEARS. And the price of Aldi coffee is just a bonus.

Love Aldi salsa. Pizza is good baked right away, not frozen...or compare frozen to frozen only. Will have to try the cookies. I bet the cereals, pastas n sodas are worth tasting/comparing. Love the videos! Miles is too cute. That is my grandsons middle name

If you have not already done it will you please do a name brand vs. store brand for making your own pizza using pizza dough mix, jarred / canned pizza sauce, cheese and meat topping.

Aldi has an actual frozen pizza that is their version of digiorno and not take and bake. It's so much cheaper, and maybe doesn't taste as good as digiorno but its pretty close. But my favorite two Aldi snacks are their beef jerky, and their version of oreo. I'd love to see you tell the difference of those blindfolded!

Aloe advice: find a north-facing window in your home, plunk the aloe near it with a saucer underneath the pot to hold water. When watering, do not water the soil often, but pour water into saucer so the plants roots get the moisture, not the aloe leaves.

Are you comparing serving sizes and converting if they’re not the same? Also “35% more” vs “25% more” or whatever could be completely legit, it depends on what they are comparing it to in the fine print. If those aren’t the same things, then it doesn’t matter. One could be 25% less sodium than one bite of pizza 😭

Comparing the refrigerated take n bake to a frozen Digiorno is like apples and oranges. They have actual frozen pizza in the freezer section-that would have been an accurate comparison. And it is SO much cheaper than name brand frozen pizza!

Aldi salsa is pretty much the only salsa I buy. I think it's fine. I like Aldi pizza, but not that box stuff in the open cooler display, I like their frozen kind. Just as good as any supermarket frozen brand. Only Aldi food that I can remember not being impressed with was french onion chip dip a long time ago. Overall, that's pretty impressive.

I think you should look at the difference in ingredients *after* you taste them because I think it can scew your impression of which is which like when you tasted the juice. I think you thought the one that tasted less sweet was automatically the Aldi brand since you saw that the ingredients had a little less sugar. Just a thought, I really like these videos though. :)

I have your nail polish! Mine is OPI. Nice! I've tried all those Aldi things over time...I agree with what you say. Sometimes their stuff does change though and old favorites (coffee) I don't like anymore and old things I gave up on buying, now I like new versions more. I hope their products get better & better at Aldi!

Hmm, I've never had Aldi's salsa taste off. Maybe you got a bad jar? And you're definitely not supposed to freeze the take and bake pizza. That stuff is amazing and never disappoints, IF you follow the directions.

I didn’t think the pizza test was entirely even. There’s definitely a difference between “take and bake” pizza and frozen rising crust pizza like Digorno. Maybe try that test again but with Aldi’s frozen rising crust pizza instead?

I just did a comparison of the Aldi bagged Hazelnut coffee vs Seattle Best Hazelnut (my favorite) and I can't tell a difference... other than price. and Cruz the Brown Guy is correct on the pizza's - they are meant to be take home and cook pizza's - not put back in the freezer...

The pizza comparisons may not have been fair. The nutritional values are per serving, which differ for each product! So a giant slice of pizza will definitely have different numbers than the smaller slice. Just an FYI for future comparisons. Also, the take and bake is not the same as a frozen pizza!
