I contacted Agaro customer care twice to enquire about the spare battery for this product, no response till now. I really dbt what would happen if there is any issue within the product. Again no one would respond.
The section power in low is good enough for dirt that's not stuck to anything, but if it's not coming off easily then use medium or high. Simple dust, low is good enough.
It's very light so it's easy to carry around even by women. It has a battery so it needs to be charged and can be used for around an hour on full charge at low speed. The vacuum cannot be used when connected to the charger.
For 15K, its good 👍🏻 The only problem for me with the cordless is that, from almost past 15 years we have traditional vaccum cleaner, and once a month or 2 month we do deep clean, and that day we we use it continuously almost for 2-3 hours 😅😅 With cordless we can't do that, but this is helpful for some situations like, we just have to clean one corner or one room. I feel it should have an option where we can use it in both ways, on battery or on AC power, it would be great. Nice video 👍🏻

They're good, when I had a problem, they replaced it as it was within warranty. They just needed the invoice from amazon.
