Nothing unfair about it though. The fighter chooses whether to proceed injured or not. He's my favourite fighter of all time, but he chose to risk entering the third round with his power hand disabled.

He wasn't expecting the natural leverage and power that Andy can generate in that particular shot. The Doctor quite simply received a taste of his own medicine. To my eyes there is no controversy or laying down, Petrosyan has no idea where he is as he just had his clock cleaned.
Agreed. Greatest day ever followed by a brief career of mixed success. Ristie has the "GSP Disease" because he's clearly top level talent. But the fighter strangely drops out of the limelight. Lots of reasons why that shyness happens. Few reasons are legit. Do with that what you want.
Greatest fight was when VR defeat him in a rematch,that was a great fight. 5 rounds real fight. In this tournament ristjie took everyone unexpected and won by reason. Van Roosmalen humbled him and was a nice feeling,he is too arogant.
