Let's just say it's fannon well m87 sans is a fannon sans but a normal player/ chara would not even do real Damage to him. He has Very strong attacks but he is not a spammer m87 is from the normal sans strength one of tfhe strongest that don't can do the deleting stuff like the errors he just power pew. Because he is a black hole

Now this might not be an intentional detail entirely, but this sans is noticably much stronger in that he has a small black hole.
M87 on its own is a supermassive black hole, and thus not a very powerful black hole. Just one that lasts a long time.
Smaller black holes don't last as long but have much more immense gravitational pull and electrical output. For this sans to be able to make not just a black hole, but a small one, is definitely indicative of his power.

(heads up, this is just my own interpretation of dust!87 sans in a sort of database format)
Au: Murder 87
Bio: This is a rare au of dust!tale. those who encounter this timeline are lucky cause the chances of encountering this timeline are extremely low.
Info: This au is a dusttale version of "Timeline 87" but somehow altered by external forces to fit the dusttale story. So sans still has his black hole eye and attacks but now paired with the exp and levels of the slaughtered monsters that he killed, if he even did slaughter any. Now when you encounter him in the hallway instead of the raining night it will be ominously quiet with a erie orange glow and a deep hum. When you see M87 dust sans he won't say anything and will just start the fight. At the beginning of the fight he destroys the fight, act, item, and mercy buttons with his black hole attack in the typical survival sans fight, your only chance to survive is to avoid his black hole attacks and regular attacks. Note, if he kills you then it will revert to normal dusttale. After a while sans will give you the choice to attack or spare. If you spare then he'll make you reset the timeline and it will just be normal dusttale. For the other choice there have been no record of anyone selecting it... Yet.

m87, whose eye is a small black hole and has its power, decides to get LOVE. If this Sans wasn't dangerous enough already, now he is even more of a menace.
Well m87 would've have to have been defeated first in order for the ability of determination to set in. Which means m87 would have to be defeated then the human would remember how to defeat m87. in order to continuously hurt them over and over again. Which means the human would have to have enough LV in order to defeat sans. Even though determination could be strong there would have to be basically some help or other various means in order to defeat the skeleton with a black hole. M87 themselves would be probably trying to defeat the human first before they do anything instead of just getting LV.
