- Ben went to the cursed Taco Bell Cantina in the heart of Hollywood for a taste test. He ate a lot. Things got weird.
Be sure to stick around to the very end for a little easter egg.

The cinematography is actually fire for a diarrhea documentary
I look forward to hearing Ben's diarrhea updates on the pod
incredible sound design, very much EndorphinPort energy
Thank you
hahha I was just enjoying some poetic moment in the video and thought id scroll down to the comments and I really laughed out loud reading this
it's awesome, i wanna know what camera dillon uses !
I can't believe Emil was in our heads this whole time
now, in our hearts
Who's Emil?
@@ApplePi31415 We're all talking about Emil the Tunisian guy at 9:50 right?
Yes he is Ben's imaginary friend: confirmed
This is a beautiful documentary about a schizophrenic blind man looking for food in our abundant yet impoverished society.
Ben calling his mom is so fucking funny. The pain in her voice knowing he's gonna be fucked up from the food
her saying "you don't have to eat it all" like a mother who's had to repeat this on hundreds of occasions. beautiful moment 10/10
Lap job is now a staple in my lexicon
first video - ben took the acid
second video - we did
that's exactly how it felt. some eery yet comforting sound design, powerful cinematography, and ben just bein' so real and genuine and in-the-moment. an acid trip in a nutshell.
one of the best vids i've seen since the shopping on acid vid.
The dialogue with the Tunisian ferrari guy was so amazing
you could not write the shit that guy said in a script
the thing is, that's like a convo with any random guy in america
this feels weirdly dystopian idk why. the sound design really gives me a feeling of despair fr
i was gonna say it felt really sad or maybe bleak for some reason haha. i think the juxtaposition of the homelessness and “end stage capitalism-ness” of hollywood made it feel really tragic
This was definitely my vision for it!
this is truly what walking around in hollywood feels like
@@kimberly.aerialright? this is just LA, it takes a toll on you
@@Dillonjames32not sure how much this will resonate with you but your sound design was truly giving me M83 soundtrack vibes
these always feel like Ben and Emil let their film nerd of a friend practice on them during their free time, but they just don’t have anything going on in their lives so the content itself is just average everyday life with no actual plot (loving these btw)
His name is Dylan or Dillon or dyllan idk but put some respect on his name regardless
is this average life?
@@sessionswithceej i’m a film nerd who loves nerds in general, i meant that with full respect
100%
this is the french new wave. on some goddard shit
11:12 The Ferrari guy saying, "so cigars are actually healthy for you" after Ben's cigar story AND the fake cholesterol conspiracy is pure comedy 🤣
Why is the blind man talking to himself?
The glasses killed me 😂😂
IM CRYING LMAOOOOO
This has genuinely been one of the best videos I've seen on this platform in a good while. Between the beautiful camera work, perfectly paced editing, and Ben's schizophrenia; just an absolute banger.
Damn thank youn
Seriously this video far exceeded my expectations for what I would expect out of any TH-cam video. This is something different and I fuck with it heavy. Can’t wait for the next one
Ben’s mom’s concern is so wholesome
“You seem like you’re in a stupid phase right now and it scares me”
@@laurabaxter1995 Many college students... vibes
did emil die? ben's drunk driving in a rented ferrari; smoking cigarettes with a tunisian man after a $50 taco bell binge. great job, dillon capturing this ben affleck GRWM cosplay
cinematic genius yet again
I just gotta say, yall do an amazing job making content that would normally be really vloggy and have that typical youtube flavor be really amazing and interesting and actually truly cinematic. Love you emil, ben and dillon !! You guys rock.
The rap video being shot, the ordering on the screens, the look on the streets, this made me feel something
It was like the same distilled feeling an early corecore video would give me
Atlanta (show) vibes
Ben is the walking embodiment of ‘letting the intrusive thoughts win’. God bless him.
0:23 The poor girl at the start just had to hear a crazy man ramble about diarrhea as he was coming out of the parking garage
I don’t like videos, but when I do, it’s whatever this genre is
this is like a psychological horror wtf
I subbed after seeing the acid special a couple of weeks ago and I've binged the whole backlog since then, this is such a treat. I love the pod, but honestly this kind of content might be what you do best (two 10/10 so far).
Thank you!
Nah, thank YOU guys, you're making really cool stuff!
Who let Ben roam free?
Ben is the embodiment of “your unemployed friend on a Tuesday” memes
What’s crazy is that I imagine this kind of stuff is what Ben has been doing for a while and it is just now on camera
I found this channel 2 days ago when I saw the Acid video. I thought it was groundbreaking to see such a "TH-cam-like" video but with great cinematography and style. I was hoping the rest of the channel would be exactly and just that, while I was sad to find out that it this type of video was rather a spin-off than the main content, I'm so glad to see this style of video again. I swear if this channel was only this type of videos, it would be absolutely revolutionairy.
hell yeah molemanski
@@benandemilshow uhh hell yeah Paypigspod!?
you are absolutely right. never used the word "revolutionary" for content; in this case i would
I would watch so many
absolute masterpiece. make emil eat long john silvers on the next one
long john silvers is such an unreal choice of fast food restaurant
the stupid phase MOM call out hit different lol
dillon you are a genius
I just love Ben talking about Taco Bell being bad and then smoking a Cigarette. That is peak Ben behavior.
Where The Grove once gave us peace, we now have streets of chaos
Idk what kind of genre y'all are pioneering here but it's the best content on TH-cam. Only thing that'd make it better is our boy Emil making an appearance
Incredible work of art. Such compelling viewing of a man wandering through a consumer hellscape, filling himself with food he didn’t want. Pretty deep. The mom call was intensely powerful too.
Loving these weirdly existential/ cinematic videos
This is the pinnacle of TH-cam. We all are experiencing something special.
The mum call is the realest thing i have seen.
Ben’s mom read him to filth honestly
smoking a cig talking about taco bell with the ferrari guy is killing me
the first half reminds me of that italian reviewing croissants in paris during the riots back in april. the second half felt like conan without borders. love this. thank you ben, dillon & emil.
Ben is such an enigma and I just adore him wholeheartedly for him just being himself
ben walking around talking to himself while eating taco bell was something that i never expected for my monday morning but its giving me life, thank you boyz
it’s wild that ben can just talk to anyone, couldn’t be me
This was actually a clip of the critically acclaimed movie ‘Drive’ 2011, with a taco bell taste test spliced in
Ben humming “the lick” really caught me off guard. That and “lap job”. Excellent work once again, fellas.
Omg what's the time stamp of the lick and how did I miss it?
@@KrakenwithaKam3:18 lol
Ben is what I imagine I would sound like if I didn’t have a filter, read catcher in the rye 5 more times and never quit smoking. I love it
Didn't expect the adhan to play in the middle like that! Gave me nostalgia for living in Egypt and watching Egyptian movies. Very based!
I visited middle east during my childhood some decades ago, likewise I was really not prepared to be absolutely yoinked down nostalgia lane. A beautiful touch indeed
Yeah I was super surprised by the adhan too. Masterful direction, especially with it being the evening (call for Maghrib prayers)
I’ve only watched the first minute and I want to give these men billions of dollars
Whoever is filming this needs to shoot a movie!!
This is what happens when Emil is on vacation
oh god i’m in love with him
The casual Salt & Straw ice cream conversation with Ferrari guy
he's a cholesterol denier?!?! LMAOOOOOO
I wish I had my own Dillon to follow me around and make my life a cinematic masterpiece
I think this is unironically a masterpiece, I think it caught me so off guard with the quality of the shots and soundscape that it made it even better
thank you garrett
how is no one talking about the literal music video being shot in the parking lot
my favorite part
I love how ben is so engaged with everything he does and everyone he talks to
Dillon just casually turning Ben's errands into short films. Well done as always man.
The title doesn’t do justice to what a beautiful journey this is
This video had no business being as good as it was
Something about these videos shot by Dillon just feel so intensely human. I don't know how else to describe it but this is incredible content boys, keep it up
I didn't expect such artistic mastery from what seemed to be a financial channel at first glance. Love you guys, and I hope to see more like this in the future!
best vid yet actually, more of this pls. We need more ben on the street...
this video was breathtaking. I'm not sure if they knew this video was gonna change lives, but it did.
Ben is literally so brave for just talking to himself around so many people. I would die for
beautiful once again!
Thank you Zach!!!
probably watched this like 10+ times the part with the ferrari driver always makes me smile
Aw man thank you!
The shot of him standing over the concert was insane
This was bordering madness in a beautiful way! Truly a piece of art!
The nihilistic pessimistic overtones of this video in a “whatever” type sense is the same reason I think catcher in the rye is given its credits. Great video
I love how existential this felt
i just know that the safdie brothers are using this as inspo for their next project
This deserves an award
these are shot like if Nolan would make a film about taco bell
This is my favorite movie
Eating $50 worth of taco bell with no drink is absurd
It was definitely a mistake lemme tell ya
this style of filmmaking is actually so fascinating and inspiring, despite it literally being about bingeeating shitty ass taco bell food
brooke clearly you're checking out our videos and to that i just wanna say THANK YOU! my eating taco bell was not in vain
@@benandemilshow Please never stop posting 🙏🙏🙏 you guys are the funniest
the cinematography is really gonna set you guys apart
Ferrari dude was chill af, spitting bars bout cholesterol and saturated fats lmao. Kicking it with Ben looks like a fun time
Gonna watch this after work but had to drop that like rn
This is and the shopping vid feel so unique and novel. It’s still basically a vlog but the cinematography and editing take it to another level. Good stuff!
truly these videos are so moving. such a case study on the microcosm of characters found on hollywood blvd and a peak into ben's psyche, which in many ways are the same thing... keep it up boys
finally some real art on this platform
This was wonderful, I love Ben rambling to his mom, I loved this whole video. The editing is really great and there’s such pretty shots keep it up boys
now THAT was cinema
So did Ben's mom say "Throw it in the trash, Ben." Or "Throw it in the trash bin." ??? It's killing me
Fuck
The most npc main character perspective of hollywood. Love It!
Unironically a masterpiece. Some of the best content this website has to offer.
I'm calling it, these Pay Pigs video segments outside of the podcast are ART. Keep it up team.
I literally live for these format videos on your channel.
Watching this kind of content, I feel like a “Documenting the Human Experience” series hosted by Ben would be incredible. It feels so raw and authentically…human…so……BEN.
God this is so fucking good I am loving this direction for the channel
thank you!
This was the most captivating video I’ve seen in a while, love it
Thank you assass
@@benandemilshow you’re welcome my little pig boys 🥰
Censoring the Taco Bell worker's faces but not the children's is an editorial choice I stand behind. Fire video as usual
Here is the secret best menu item at taco bell:
- Crunchwrap supreme (remove all the ingredients)
- Add Steak
- Add Potatoes
- Add 3 Cheese Blend
- Add Chipotle Sauce
- Pair with a Chicken Chalupa (add Avocado Mayo) and a medium Pepsi
This is my ideal film genre.
Jesus fucking Christ Dylan(?) deserves to make a movie.
These cinematic type videos are the best
It’s almost like I was there with Ben
Your fucking crew is fire guys, this and the acid shopping one feel so well produced
This cinematography is fucking wild kudos fr
amazing! love this new format, it's so fresh! feels like the pay pigs team is stumbling into a new type of video here on youtube.
whys this shit so poetic
Never ceases to make me happy.
