I'm a bit confused, the battery you disassembled is already a valve regulated LEAD ACID battery. Is there are two types of Lead Acid battery? Dry Lead Acid and Wet Lead Acid? If I'm correct the tag should be "Lead Acid battery, Dry cell to wet cell"
I was wondering why the heck you were doing that? The positive plates were not fully corroded (in what I could gathered) and there was no bad sulfate deposit visible through the camera. If you just filled the cells with water or sulfuric acid it would work again... besides I never saw" dry" cell lead battery ever work(without electrolyte). I do not understand the title either. Converting a lead acid battery in to a lead acid battery?...What the heck...
@@dennisford2000 Agm is still wet. I agree, his lead level must be really high (I am not trying to be rude). I got a lead poisoning, when I was younger. I tried to make LA battery from scratch with materials from the totally corroded battery. It was success, but my recovery took a long time (I was young and stupid).
