It really doesn't as there is absolutely no basis in law in the first place. It cynically and deceitfully serves only to dissuade those that don't know their rights, but tells you a lot about how the company is managed. There's a moral to that story!
you can fly your drone over anywhere you like,they dpnt own the sky, you cannot stand on there property and do so thoough, so fly it over there property while standing on public property
