  • After our previous 7 Egg Incubator fail, we bought a new one and tossed in a new batch of fertilized eggs. Watch and learn, my friends. I promise you won’t feel that much dumber after watching this video.

    You positioned the eggs lengthwise in your turner. They bar need to be adjust so the egg completely in the sideways position so it actually rolls.

  • @laboo9762
    @laboo9762 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    The reason your eggs did not turn as they should was because of YOUR placement of them. The eggs should be placed long ways and with the divider close but not touching the egg. This gives it area to turn and the longways placement is because it is the natural way for it to roll. You have them placed sideways...of course they don't roll that way

    Hi, how often do you need to turn the eggs manually? Thanks

      Lots of conflicting information out there ranging from 2x a day to once an hour. I think we probably averaged 5 times a day or so. Sometimes more. Sometimes less.

      If you can once an hour otherwise at least 3 times a day

    It says 8-12 eggs because it’s not only for chicken eggs lol. I can fit many cockatiel eggs in here and it doesn’t rotate. I feel like this is too big for chicken eggs.

    Hey there! I’ve had my incubator on for a week and had put in 1 cup of water at 37.5 Celsius. The water hasn’t evaporated yet. Do you think something is wrong with the incubator?

      I'm pretty sure that is too much water. I think it's something like 100ml

    • @couchna
      @couchna 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depends of the humidity in your area too. In south FL I add 1 ml daily as needed using a humidifier sensor.

    I bought one of this incubator and I don’t know why but I only got 3 live chicks and the rest hatched but were to dry so they didn’t make it out the hole way

    • @gardeningfarm553
      @gardeningfarm553 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      This is because they have been shrink rapped due to low humidity you need to put water and do not take off lid

    Hii, I have the mini 7 egg incubator that your chicks didn’t make it in and I have chick eggs coming in the mail. I hope they make it. Is there anything I should know to make my hatch rate possibly better?

    do you know how many time does the automatic rotator do ? I'm trying to hatch tiny tiny eggs and was wondering if it rotated enough for them without having to manually rotate them as they are really fragile

    What did you set the humidity to? I have 2 of these magicfly's and have only had 3-4 hatch at a time out of 4 hatches now and can't figure out what I can do to bump up my hatch rate.

    • @PittsburghStyle

      There is no humidity sensor on mine. Just temperature. I kept the bottom reservoir full of water the whole time but didn’t do anything special to increase it or decrease it.
