3. Transfer 7.75 Lacs to HUF bank account which will be tax free under new tax regime
4. During claiming ITR shows income lesser than 7.75 Lacs . If yes then how ? If no then how to save tax on my income

He is wrong that HUF can be formed after marriage. Hindu succession Act 2005 doesn't consist of such amendments which they are claiming. HUF can be formed only after having a child. Kindly correct it. Various case laws are available which proves it wrong
What about a childless family? You are wrong it's not practical

@@thefellowinvestor4283 please Google it . Girish Ahuja is not an authorised person or judge who can finalize government law . In our society 10 % of families are childless. It's their natural right to get a huf account . Be practical don't follow someone blindly
