Her kit actually already in game. In gallery. She has buff and debuff skill, her ultimate is quite unique. It's buff based on your most cards type

Insight :
1: at the beginning of a round, depends on most card type you have, gives buff
Attack cards: increase dmg deals by allies by 15%
Buff cards: increase crit rate of all allies by 15%
Debuff cards: decrease dmg received by 15%
2: when entering battle, her crit rate increase by 10%
3: if her ultimate is a critical hit, gains 1 moxie
Skill 1. Debuff
Mass attack. Gives 1 layer of weakness
Skill 2. Buff
Mass buff. Increase allies critical damage by X% and damage reduction by X%. Lasting for 2 rounds
Ultimate
Mass attack. Gains effect depends on your most card on cards list
Attack card: deals additional 20% mental damage
Buff card: increase critical hit rate by 10%
Debuff card: increase penetration rate by 20%
