Rob, i too was stuck at 200.5% in SOTN.
what i did was, make pics of the normal castle, then inverted castle, and then through my phone send it to myself on FB messanger.
I then switched to my pc, downloaded pics to my pc, turned on my photoshop. Added the normal castle pic, then added in the inverted pic, which i turned 180 degrees to match the normal castle and turned down its opacity a bit so i can see through it and compare both maps overlapping.
I was 1 save room short.
Now that is dedication! -Rob

Im also one trophy away from one piece pirate warriors 3 Trophy but i dont want to grind crew level on the remaining 20 characters.
I got 101.something% in Gran Turismo 2. Changing the language to German made Vauxhalls into Opels and (I think) allowed you to complete an extra Cup meant for Opels which gave you over 100% completion.
Well, Gran Turismo 3 was impossible to 100%, so it evened out over the series!
Shame I never tried that, I had quite a few Opels in my life when living in Germany.

NPC 001 Steel Soul is much easier than you’d think. If you’re really desperate you can always quit out at one health, though after a couple of attempts you probably won’t need to. The hardest part of the platinum is the Pantheon of Hallownest which is mental and also the reason I’m not buying it on PS4 after completing it a number of times on Switch 😂

Symphony of the Night is a pain because it counts fractions of rooms as whole rooms. Spyro on the PlayStation is fun to fully complete (unless you count the thousands of deaths from the flight levels).
Agreed, Spyro 1 was fun to complete but I remember spending ages trying to work out how to get that last Haunted Towers dragon that I needed pre-internet walkthroughs. Haven't played the remastered version yet.

Just a Man Trying To Learn I got 1100% in MW3 I was playing a hacked loby on infected and if you kill the hackers you got thousands of experience so I just kept presteging

I remember that Donkey Kong Country 2 could go beyond 100%.
At some parts you had to jump to your death because there was actually bonus levels down there. Imagine the kind of dedication and exploration this takes to discover all these hidden levels.
Hands down best Friday Feature ever made because you mentioned one of my favorite games of all time. Castlevania Symphony of the Night is a game I've 200.6% completed at least 10 times. That said every time I've done it I get to 200.4% and get stuck for awhile. But as soon as I saw the title for today's video I knew it was going to be in it.

When I saw this list .. I knew BOI had to be on this list!!! Very happy to say I've got the full 3 million percent done on my steam account, at 2 million on my PS4 account, I really like Isaac
I've got 1million percent on Steam, really wanted to try for the 3 million percent but bought it on Switch to play on the go instead. I'd like to eventually get an unofficial 3mil percent by completing the 1mil on the Switch and PS4 versions

Was happy to see castlevania on the list. I was at at a similar point in my game play through on the map. What i did was bring up my map and had a printed copy of the full map. Then I just followed it with my finger looking for differences.
So good to see Symphony of the Night. I agree Rob, that needs to be in more everything Friday features, Tuesday Checklists and more.
Rocksmith song completion percentages. You get 100% for playing a song perfectly, but then go beyond 100% by turning off the markers and playing the song without it telling you what to do.

@Johnny Sack undefined and infinity are the same things. Also dividing by 0 usually doesn't get you 0. It gets you a calculator error and can be any number of expressions

Symphony of the Night, spent a long time getting my 200.6%

I’m one of the rare 105% for Crash 3, and the equivalent for the 2nd and 1st as well, all 3 platinums. Crash 1 platinum, nearly made me lose my mind. The High Road relics, Native Fortress relics among the most rage inducing.
And the Relic for crash 1 DLC was a nightmare

I hate to do this to you, Rob, but I've gotten 105% in crash 3 about once a year every year since I was 7, and I never had internet the first few (afterwards I didn't need it really). But of course that was my favorite game and I had beaten it to like 80% since 4

Ah I remember one! An underrated PS1 Konami game, Vandal Hearts II.
After collecting all of the weapons in the game, you can get a 100% save file. You even get congratulation screen upon finishing the game with the 100% weapons flattering you with words "you are a master of weapons".
But you can get one last secret weapon that will give you a 100.3%, a sword called Gladius.
Even as of today, community of VH fans are still clueless of how to exactly get that darn little thing. It just appears in the shop with a prize of 57300 G out of the blue. No one except the developers themselves know how to make it shown in the shop.
That 57300 is a number of default highscore in another Konami game called Gladius. And that is the only clue we have.

I beat Symphony to 200.6%
So many years after, I'm still stuck at 199%. All because I'm too lazy to collect so much money to get the duplicator. (which, if I remember correctly, costs 500 000 $) and I'd need a good thousand hours to reach level 99 with Alucard and all his familiars.
@@melodysymphonystar you don't need the duplicator for full percentage, or lvl 99. To reach 200.6% is based only on map discovery.

I would figure Final Fantasy X-2 is perfect for this list--the completion meter can go to about 110%. Although I cannot remember if the game shows that or if only the unseen game counter goes that high.

@@nightfallalicorn4246 If you play the game on New Game+ you can make story decisions you didn't make before*. You will get more than 100%. Granted, I'm not sure, if this was only in the European and Japanese versions of the original game, but in the remastered version all regions can get to more than 100%.
*SPOILER:
If you chose the Youth League in chapter 2 and did everything absolutely perfectly you'll get 100% completion at the end of your first playthrough. If you choose New Yevon in your second playthrough, you'll automatically get more than 100%. There are other decisions you can make throughout the story, that will give you a few percentage points more, if you choose "the other option" on your second playthrough.
Yeah, I've only played the European original back on PS2. Only thing I wasn't able to get is the final dress sphere even though I could only get 100% from 2 play throughs. I found out later that ignoring the calm land games screwed me up.
And here I was, getting the corrupted ps2 disc that didn't even allow me to get 100%

For the 7 games beyond a hundred percent completion. There is another one I know of actually. In Donkey Kong Country III on the Super Nintendo if you complete every level including unlocking the lost world and also every level in there, collecting every bonus coin from the bonus stages, collecting every DK coin and also finding and unlocking every banana bird you get 103 percent completion and you unlock the mama bird of all the baby banana birds and another ending where she chases off K Rool. She’s high up in the clouds and can only be accessed with the final flying device made by funky.
You can get 240% in Batman Arkham Knight.
I would say I have 1 million percent on isaac I do have the platinum trophy and I have beaten the game thousands of times picked up every item and even beaten the game as the lost. The character who can’t take damage. But there is one thing I can’t do, the f******g ultra hard challenge just screw you game. I refuse to restart over and over it’s not fun

Kartik Tiwari I’m willing to play the game and fail. But this challenge basically wants you to restart over and over basically until you have the right items to beat the run. It could take minutes, hours or even days if the game really wants to play unfair. So yeah not fun. 🤬 it’s one of those things I know I CAN do. OR I can have fun playing the game properly

It could also be bad design, i mean I'm studying game development. If i took the effort to put in a ultra hard challenge mode in my game, it certainly wouldn't be random. I'd want players to feel good by just completing it solely on the basis of skill

I've finished the spyro trilogy, with 120% for the first game, 100% for the second, and 117% for the third. Had a great time with it and the 3 platinums are handy too, they're my only platinums lol. Other than that I've finished crash warped 105% mentioned in the video. Never used to bother me getting every single thing, but it does a LOT more these days....Great video

@@Matt1yu It can be possible from outside interference, like if you have only 10 games and they all are with you right now then all of you games are 100% with you. but if i gave you a game then you will have 110% relative to when you only had 10.
So the answer depends if you are including or excluding outside interference and other factors from you initial 100%.

I did Castlevania SOTN with the full map without glitches.
It's one of my all time favorites, so of course I'd honor the game completing it beyond 200%~

"You know they say that all games are created equal, but you look at me and you look at Spyro the Dragon and you can see that statement is not true. See, normally if you go one on one with another game, you got a 50/50 chance of winning. But I'm a genetic freak and I'm not normal! So you got a 25%, AT BEST, at beat me. Then you add Crash Bandicoot to the mix, your chances of winning drastic go down. See the 3 way at Playstation Access, you got a 33 1/3 chance of winning, but I, I got a 66 and 2/3 chance of winning, because Crash Bandicot KNOWS he can't beat me and he's not even gonna try!
So Spyro the Dragon, you take your 33 1/3 chance, minus my 25% chance and you got an 8 1/3 chance of winning at Playstation Access. But then you take my 75% chance of winning, if we was to go one on one, and then add 66 2/3 per cents, I got 141 2/3 chance of winning at Playstation Access. Senor Spyro, the numbers don't lie, and they spell disaster for you at Playstation Access."

Last month, I platinum'd Crash 1 on the N.Sane trilogy,; which is much harder than you'd think. As a result, that nets me as 102%. Now, on to the next game.

I got the Crash 3 one because I had a cheat guide when I was younger which told me about the secret levels
I did do it in donkey kong 64. I still have the orginel n64 and cartridge with the save file on it that has the over 100 procent on it. I am still really proud of that achievement.
I remember some of the Donkey Kong games had a percentage greater than 100%...blew my little kid mind :)
Donkey Kong Country 2 on the SNES. It was 24 years ago now so I can't remember the exact percentage but I believe it was between 102-108%, first game my sisters and I ever completed to such a degree.

Still currently working on the Isaac one. On and off, tbh. Buuut I've finished some of the hardest objectives already as they were my primary focus (so the rest is easier). Still have a few rage-inducing runs to do with The Lost and Keeper but things like "SPEED!" and "Ultra Hard" are, thankfully, things from the past.
