Usually, Arc flash calculations done only on the bus bar. How would you extend these calculations to cover outgoing feeders? Would you simply insert the bus at the outgoing feeder and run with the Arc flash analysis?
You are absolutely correct! We need to check the outgoing cable compartments also; for that one bus can be created against each outgoing feeder to check the incident energy level..
I ask this because there is also an option named Load PD (bus side) and Load PD (Load side) in the arc fault analyzer. Just thought if we could use that instead of inserting a bus
