Dominic Brinkley crumbling castle has a lot of moments in 7/4, but there are a lot of changes of tempo... at the beginning of the studio version you could say the instrumental is 7/8 but then it is half tempo 7/4 and then 3/4, then 7/4 again... or if you prefer you could count 10/4 (7+3) (7/4) 1I 2see 3through the 4bricks, 5to the 6sea, 7crumbling (3/4)1castle 2 3 (7/4) Water's rising up, thick and green, crumbling (3/4) castle ecc. Then the instrumental is double tempo again, as the 7/8 of the beginning but 5/8 instead... Then is complicated and I don't remember every change lol

what i love about this band is that, besides the incredible music, they’re a band that is without ego. it’s driven by camaraderie and a love for music. that you can’t fake.
This is the performance quality to expect at Red Rocks, considering it's very likely to be recorded. 3 full hours of Gizz playing their absolute hardest. It's going to be a mindfuck.

I saw these guys 2 weeks ago playing a show in St. Michael's Fortress in Šibenik Croatia. It was absolutley crazy. After the concert I started asking myself, was there ever a purpose to all the concerts I have ever been to, is there a purpose of seeing anything else in the future. Like, what now? How can anything be more crazy, energetic and more awsome than this... :D
Goes back to the early days when all songs in a set merged into one another, often with reprises later in the set. I've seen them several times of late but I still prefer the early stuff - particularly Float Along - Fill Your Lungs & I'm In Your Mind Fuzz.
2 tabs of acid, sunny Saturday afternoon, friends, food and Polygondwanaland, Flying Microtonal Banana, Nonagon Infinity and I'm In Your Mind Fuzz (not necessarily in that order). Perfect Enlightenment was attained.
