Hi thanks for the video. I would love your opinion. I will be in Costa Rica for a month. I do want to be somewhere in between San Jose and Jaco. I will be working remote so internet access is a must. Please let me know if you have any suggestion. Thanks😊

Love all your videos, so helpful and informative! Question on the weather, when I look at the weather app it says it’s supposed to rain pretty much all next week in tamarindo, San Jose and La fortuna is that accurate? I thought April was the dry season.

Hi Lauren! Thank you so much!
Yes, in fact April is supposed to be dry but it has rained a couple of times already this month. However, I highly doubt it will rain every day it’s just the chance of rain every day because of humidity/clouds, etc. It will probably be somewhat overcast and sunny may be a chance of showers but usually they are not much more than a tropical rain that doesn’t last more than a half an hour or so I’m general. Of course, by no means am I an expert on weather, but if I check the weather here every day it looks cloudy and rainy although it very rarely actually rains. Hope that makes sense! Happy to clarify if it doesn’t. Cheers :)

Unfortunately weather apps don’t really work in Costa Rica, probably due to the country being so mountainous, which creates endless microclimates. It’s best to just ask your hotel or Airbnb host about the conditions.

Hi Ed, thanks so much! Yes, Interbus offers shuttles all over the country. They are fast and affordable. Of course, renting a car is a great option especially since La Fortuna covers a very large area. Hope that helps
