I absolutely love boracity’s breakdowns of BTS music. She’s so detailed and well spoken, her breakdown videos def deserve more attention from armys. And you’re right abt how deep their music goes and how much we have to explore it, namjoon said before that music that is an instant “bop” and easy to listen to is nice, but his (and by extension BTS) mission is to make more and more detailed music that gets better with every listen, that makes you go “oh this is what he meant”.
It's amazing how many connections and references all their songs have in them. It must take a genius, which I'm sure not one, to catch them all. I'm so impressed when I listen to others break down the details so we can understand the lyrics better.
This album... It really is so carefully and beautifully arranged. I love Boracity's breakdown of it, because (much like Jimin, himself) there really is a lot more going on, than what meets the eye. It's sometimes easy to forget, watching the welives and episodes of RunBts, that these young men really are very accomplished artists, who have put all of their passion and skill into becoming BTS. They have said, many times, that they're just seven regular guys, and that's the level of comfort ARMYs enjoy with them, but beyond their 'regular'-ness, there's so much more. She took and organized the interviews, write-ups etc which really helped. I love this album, it resonated a lot to me so thankful for anyone who takes the time to do a deeper dive and do it justice. overall so proud of the boys. I can go on and on with each one's album and what I love about it, but FACE is so personal to Jiimin but yet I found myself relating to a lot of the stuff he wrote about. Thank you! I'm glad you got into the layers and story line. Its amazing! I found BTS at the beginning of Covid. I, like you, saw ON first. The girl at the beginning of the drum got my attention. She deserves a bonus. This video reminded me of Michael Jackson, but the boys take it way beyond. Individually, each young man is amazing in their field, BUT together they are incredible -out of this world. They have so many accomplishments. They hold their head up, humble as they bow, then the music starts. Enjoy the journey 🎉

Jimin lo dijo en una reciente entrevista que él quiere experimentar con distintos generos musicales así que con esto confirmamos que Jimin no tendra un género en específico en su catálogo musical. A mí parecer Jimin tiene la ambición de dominar todos los géneros musicales sin miedo a equivocarse, él solo quiere expandirse más para darle un gran aporté al grupo para cuando se reunan de nuevo. Se está retando como artista esta haciendo cosas que casi no hacía muy amenudo en el grupo, como producir, componer, escribir y lo más raro rapear.
You can blame the label, a certain American music promoter with a bad rep, Jimin antis and yes, even many Army for the reason it did not become stratospheric like it should have! He faced every intentional obstacle and neglect you can dream of from the outset of his debut. He did NOT receive the same level of promo, ‘benefits’ or support than certain other members did (are)…yet his personal stamp is all over that EP. Despite that, HE was the one who made history with his #1BB (unintentionally) with a masterpiece of a son; AND 7 months later, he’s STILL killing it with LC AND FACE itself and he deserves it - he poured his blood, sweat and tears into this beautiful EP (no pun intended)! Interestingly- but not surprising - his solo songs from BTS are also making a comeback! You simply cannot keep a TRUE artistic/musical genius down! He truly is a superstar who is well-respected in the industry because he trusts in, and relies on his own merits and the expertise of his team who knows him better than anyone; and he has accomplished all of this while being true to himself and maintaining his integrity in the process.
