It took many years to assemble this binder, and I am happy to finally show it off to the world. I've kept this tucked away for too long. Now I have to come to my senses and grade these bad boys... The value in this single binder is staggering, wow. I’m extremely blown away by this. I feel like Patrick Bateman looking at Paul Allen’s card
Funny how people will call you crazy for not having them graded. When these cards were designed to play & trade. Sounds like they’re solely in it for the gains, $$$. Binder’s are one of the best way’s to display your cards without downgrading the quality, when you’re careful. There’s no right way in this hobby, but because your love and passion for the cards you still have them & in great condition. Most who graded back in the day. Sold of FOMO early on. While those who binder’d up now have immense value in their collection. All because the cards we’re sleeved and tucked away safely. Incredible binder. It was a treat to look through it with you, thank you.❤
my life would be complete if i had even a fraction of what is seen in this binder. this video is simultaneously super motivating and super demotivating. such an amazing sight to see. i could genuinely cry looking at some of my absolute holy grails all together in one binder. what a lucky man you are. absolutely amazing

This is awesome to see. I've just begun my journey to collect every English WOTC card that could be pulled from a booster pack (no event cards) I was beginning to feel a bit discouraged but your video reassured me that it can be done. Thank you.
I started a chronological binder in April. Only because I couldn't think of a better way to organize my cards. Don't think I'll ever finish it. This video is a hard flex.

Here I am in 2024 and seeing what is a Crazy collection. I hope this guy held. He held during the peak it seems which was 2020/2021 when the cards were INSANITY and now they’ve come back down to earth so if he held then please hold now. What a treat to see a COLLECTOR not someone who just flips.

Awesome binder!! I’m currently working on a 1st Edition Team Rocket Set. Got most but the big three Charizard, Blastoise, and Dragonite Holos aren’t cheap!

holy crap dude, I just stumbled on this video and when you showed the ticket at the end I was thinking it looked like a Wehrenberg ticket. I also live in the area and I have so many ticket stubs from St Charles 18. Most of mine are also faded. Awesome collection.

@14:35 It's not missing the red ink. It's actually missing white ink. A little lesson in how printing is done. Normally color images are printed with CYMK ink. (Cyan, Yellow, Magenta and blacK) Ink color gets printed in it's own layer and depending on the opacity of those colors you are able to get any color.
Foil cards are printed with one additional layer. White. The white goes down first and is opaque. Wherever the print white the card's foil layer will not show through. So the spots where the foil is showing through the red had a mistake where the white layer didn't get printed there.
That is so satisfying to watch
I say keep it as a binder. It looks infinitely better than all of them stacked up in a box you'll never open of PSA slabs

I personally feel more complete and just love looking at a complete master set collection. Yeah, grading does add value but the appeal of owning the whole set is... 👌🏽
Amazing video to come across. I've changed my cards from raw, to sleeves, to binders... to sideloaded binders, to dubbelsleeving them in binders to toploaders and then back again. It's a crazy fun thing jsut to orgonize them!
Oh for sure, I'm almost OCD level of organization and have complete "remodeled" collection many times.

I’ve got a complete shining set in PSA 9/10 1st Ed. I’m going to have to be a window shopper for the gold stars. Awesome cards but it would be an insane amount of money to collect them all in high grade. Agreed with the gold star Charizard being under-rated, bizarre it doesn’t go for more. Thanks for sharing.

I've acetoned a few cards for proxies and the darker the ink the harder it is to remove.

Came across with is fantastic video. I came back to the hobby quiet recently and manage to trade a bunch of old stuff from my childhood to try to complete a really nice collection: One big hit per set. It still very expensive, but it is the way to collect and keep me into the hobby in a long run. Collecting every master set is impossible and picking up just a set here and there wouldn't work for me. Also, cracking pack is a wild gambling as I don't have any lucky.

Dude you have every card I wish I had. My entire collection was lost when I stopped collecting around the end of ex series. Think my mom gave it away. Just got back into the hobby and I don’t think I’ll ever have all the cards I lost again😢

Awesome binder man. I myself also like to collect through binders. Ooh the psa9 cases I cracked. Haha... some would declare me nuts. Although I don't use a 'god' binder, I just sort them by sets. Missing 1st ed base and the crystals from skyridge though. And I'm afraid I won't complete them ever.... nice video man!

These gold stars are very difficult to grade PSA10 I guess? Maybe a 30% of pack freshes might qualify?
Incredible. Just getting back into the hobby since......i was 10-12? Im 34. Seeing this stuff makes me feel angry that I buried my collection in a "time capsule" to celebrate the year 2000. Will be mulch by. I wont make the same mistake again, love from UK.

@@jdudefun1755 Never now I would suppose. I was too young to understand that a shoe box probably wasn't the best thing to bury Pokémon cards in. They are all just mud by now.

Some people say the the “t” in the edition stamp must line up with the border or it is a fake card. Is this true cuz from what I’m looking at, the base set shadowless have the “t” lined up with the border but the fossil and jungle aren’t.

Personally, I have all but 6 gold star cards and I'll never get any of my cards graded I'll just keep them in the binder or framed.
I dont want to know the grades of my cards because in my eyes they are all 10s. Even if they might have a few things wrong with them.
I wonder how many such collectors are out there. Maybe more outside USA.
