    Hey Greg. I've been subscribed for a while. I'm looking on Amazon for wok burner. If you make a video this week cooking shrimp Mei fun with the wok hei flavor like from the restaurant, on your unit, I'll immediately buy your full setup and tell all my friends where i got it. : ) Thanks for the videos.

      I bought Greg’s wok set and love it. Just like the restaurants. Very powerful.

    Hey Greg, i‘ve been following your Channel for 10 years now (before this YT Account i‘ve had another one) I remember how your videos calmed me down every evening after writing my bachelor thesis… ( I know it sounds crazy but that’s how it was) after ten years i’m happy every time seeing new content from you! Now i want to step it up and buy your EZ-Wok. Are there any chances ship it to Good old germany ? Greetings from a loyal fan :)

    did you cook most of this with only the pilot light? looks like the fire is pretty yellow/red even with the other burners on?

    • @thewonderwok
      @thewonderwok  ปีที่แล้ว

      No! Hello Austin, The pilot on that valve wasn't burning right, finally changed that valve👍

    Hello Greg. Sweet and sour dishes are very popular in my home. It's high in demand since my mother in law has health issues so doctors recommend various vegetables and seafood in her diet. She loves it stir fried so I am grateful for doing it for her. Just one question, what type of cooking oil you used for your recipe? Thanks Greg and look forward to your next video.

    • @thewonderwok
      @thewonderwok  ปีที่แล้ว

      I use vegetable oil most of the time,

      @@thewonderwok Thank-you Greg. I like to try different types of cooking oil for this recipe. I tried 3 so far but due to high inflation, I'm putting further research on hold for now. Cooking oil cost double and some even triple.

    Hi Greg, what width is your burner bowl and what size of wok are you using?
    Great vid. Looks delish. Thank you!

    • @thewonderwok
      @thewonderwok  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The top of the iron bowl is 13" in diameter, the fins the wok sits on is a bit smaller. The wok I use most of the time is a 14" handheld carbon steel wok, industrial style. Cheers

      @@thewonderwok Thanks so much for your reply Greg. Much appreciated! That's really helpful. Best wishes ftom Scotland

      @@thewonderwok Do you think that size if bowl would be suitable if using a 12 inch wok?

    • @thewonderwok
      @thewonderwok  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@beebees4680 I Have a 13" that would work, the fins have to be grinned down a bit in order for the wok to rest up against the shield on the iron bowl, I think a 12" would work as well. check this vid out you can see what I mean. th-cam.com/video/3v76T-RL9jw/w-d-xo.html
