Broo.. 1 little detail that you mentiond saved my life.. I was trying for 2 days to get this quest to work with the 100 round mag.. I tried 3-4 different builds and spent like 300k buying and selling different parts.. the key part for me was that my M4a1 was under 60 durability and nobody has mentioned that before.
