So serene and beautiful! Pristine nature.... thanks for sharing!
Now if only you could take that background music off, and let us enjoy the serenity of Mother Nature just as you did, that would be heaven!

Congratulations on capturing some very beautiful footage of such a remarkable place. When you were on the east side of Moresby Island, did you kayak from campsite to campsite with the UAV or did you have one base camp? (I'm interested in how you may have packed a UAV into your kayak with the rest of your gear).

Thanks. It is a special place. UAV's are not allowed in Canadian national parks including Gwaii Haanas, unless by special arrangement. Although electric and fairly quiet, it could understandably disturb the wilderness atmosphere for other visitors. So I did not take it South of Moresby Camp. All footage was shot at Mosquito Lake on Moresby Island and Masset and Juskatla Inlets on Graham Island. I did a multi-day exploration of Masset and Juskatla inlets and packed the drone into my Kayak and took it with from one campsite to the next. I have a Delta 16 and the front hatch is the only one that a Phantom UAV can fit into. I shoved small items into the bow and then the drone (in a dry-bag with propellers removed) gently wedged into the bow just anterior of the front hatch and then packed the rest of my luggage behind it and in rear hatch. I am very sensitive to people who may not like video UAV's so only used it in remote parts where absolutely nobody else was around:-) Happy paddling!

Canon G7X. Lovely little compact with a fairly big sensor for a compact camera.

What body of water is that drone footage of your kayak from?

    • @Snowsubie

2:14 was Juskatla inlet, 3:20 was Mosquito Lake, 4:28 was Juskatla inlet again.

Hi can you tell me what's the name of the first background music? Thanks :)

Hi Gloria. It is a track by Roman Cano used under licence from Melody Loops and appears on their site under the name "Elegant commercial piano". Hope that helps.
