She is so cute and I have just created a two story gnome home and I need to make some of these cute guys and gals to occupy this new home. I have beds and couches and even a dining room table for them to feel at home in. I am working on a little bedroom chamber pot, but I am not sure they really need that...LOL! Thanks for this lovely tutorial for the lady Gnome. I might just have her cutting wood and the man Gnome cooking in the kitchen...LOL! Yes, I am a feminist! Thanks so much Emilie!
Hi Sherry! I love everything about this, you honestly made my day! I'm picturing a gnome house and it makes me so happy. I would love to see pictures! She definitely needs to be the one cutting wood. He can stay in the kitchen! LOL! I am indeed a fellow feminist! Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely comment! xo
These are adorable I have learned so much from you!! I do have a question- how do you make the dolls stand? I usually glue mine to a round wood ornament but was wondering what if anything you do. Thank you!!
You can add weight to the bottom.. a bit of rice (use par-boiled do you don’t get bugs, I use dollar tree kitty litter) then fill tightly will pillow fill, or poly fill). They weight helps them stand.
Adorable 🥰 But now I have to make mini girl gnome ornaments to match the mini mini boy gnomes I just learned how to make from your other tutorial. Thx 😊
Hi Lyn, excellent question! No, it will not run. The glue that is used to hold down piece of the glove for the hat prevents it from running. Hope this helps. Happy gnome making!
