They are always asking the same question regarding their "chemistry". Love the way she smiles every time someone asks about it! I've seen many interviews and she always starts to smile before answering. Has anyone else noticed that?

How many interviews she must have done and had to reply to the same questions repeatedly from many outlets? On another note. What personally makes me role my eyes is how some viewers love a love story that much that they look for something between the two characters in real life in press interviews that they could really love each other and be hiding it. With regards to Cate and Rooney? Nothing is happening, its just another movie role. Sell it and move on to the next one.

+Ave Abaraxx - Yes it is possible and it is a real thing. Actors and Actresses fall in love with each other on set all the time, most of them do not take their love for each other beyond the set. Of course some do. For example Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Then there is Leanne Rhimes and Eddie Cibrian. Then there is Julia Roberts and the camera man. In all of these cases, spouses were left and families were split apart. In Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara's situation, I believe they also fell in love with each other but, have chosen to leave it on set. Cate loves her husband and family and she and Rooney have chosen to keep everything professional. It is still obviously they have feeling for one another. You could see the way they looked at each other at the 2016 Golden Globe Awards, Sunday night.

I believe they have decided to be friends instead of taking their attraction for each other off screen. it is better to have each other in their lives as friends then not at all..
