As a normal user whenever I need to face a chatbot system (most of the time unfortunately 😔) and specially while trying to contact a customer care services, gives me really bad experience. I hate to chat with bots. Most of the time the system fails to meet the requirements. The next thing I need to do is send an email (old book style).
