Instead of having 2 doors. You should keep the one on the left and create a big open window/counter for take out at the front. People can enjoy the view from the pier and get their food. Also that will give you a view of the inside of the store 😉
I have experienced the "seagull stole my fish & chips" here in Australia as well (can't remember if they actually stole any food or not but they certainly tried :)
Love the idea of Railway Station Monday & Beach Fun Fridays! We really enjoyed the chop between Modular Monday & City Update Friday before, this sounds just as good!
That's a really good adaptation of the beach hut. The huge fish on the roof is PERFECT! 😍🐟 I learned a while ago that even pieces that you think are absolutely useless will sometimes surprise you later on. So never dismiss them completely! Love the scene with the attacking seagull. A few more scavanging on the ground would make them look like a very menacing bunch! I know it's a pain but I think the steps next to the door would definitely benefit from being moved 4 studs to the left. As for the pavement near the railway crossing, perhaps a small market stall selling flowers would brighten up that spot? You often see flower sellers near stations so that busy commuters who are late home for their anniversary dinner can hurriedly purchase a massive Bouquet of Atonement 😉💐
You're right about keeping "useless" pieces for a rainy day. Flower seller is definitely a plan. I have the poly-bag vendor somewhere. You're right about seeing them nearby stations!
Hey Robin, you should add a step up to the employee balcony so no-one can trip, wouldn't want the chef to trip and drop her fish! Love the beach, keep it up!
Oh, that bikini bottom piece definitely makes that scene! And the roof of the gym look so much better now. Only thing I would change now is attaching the white unit to the big fan so it seems like it's all one system. I absolutely love that fish and chips shop, especially because it's so crammed. You've managed to get in so much detail there. You know, initially I thought of a different piece for the chips - in the City Pizza Truck (60150) there's a yellow crystal piece representing fries/chips that would fit - but it definitely wouldn't lend itself to that funny scene with the seagull... it looks more like just some chips in a piece of newspaper. As for the "useless" space under the monorail line, how about a newspaper stand. That is, if you hadn't planned to put one inside of the main station or right outside it.
Robin I really like your videos! They are fantastic! I have actually had fish and chips before and they are pretty good. I know that you like suggestions. For the fish and chips, you should stack a 1x2 gold tile on a 1x2 gold jumper plate for the fish. For the chips (fries), you should use a 1x2 yellow grill piece. I tested this out and it actually looks more realistic. Great job and keep it up 👍💪! Your city update videos are my favorite!
At first I was not sure why you wanted to put that little cottage there but you proved me wrong. I love it. The seagull attack cracked me up. I normally would say jump around but I’m a sucker for beach scenes :)
Great scenes and a nice colorful addition to the beach. Well done! My suggestion for the area under the tram line is pretty simple. Add two small ornamental trees and a long skinny flower box along the road. This provides some color and greenery and separates the pedestrians from the vehicle traffic. Also a bit of noise attenuation. And I'd like to see the beginnings of the train station personally, so the idea of beach Fridays and train station Mondays is a great idea! But ultimately, your inspiration should dictate the build schedule. Take care RHB!
Wonderful update! The beach is coming together nicely I think! Adding the striped beach hut was a great idea and the added details are wonderful too! But turning the whole thing into a fish and chips shop was a stroke of genius - great! And the fish sign is great - made me smile right away! Maybe adding a small edge to the roof of the @SWEAT would look nice!? Great work and great update - thanks for sharing!
Great video Robin! I like the 3d fish sign. Great way to use a duplo piece, it definitely catches your eye. I love all the details of the fish and chips shop and the funny scene with the seagull.. which makes me think of the seagull song..🤣 I like the addition to the woman having her bottoms in her hand, and reading from the comments a phone booth or newspaper stand are great ideas for the area by the diner. Other additional detail you could add a star fish near the lady in the hammock, maybe by one of the legs to the fish and chips shop. I do love your beach videos but I also want to see your train station to. So I'm wanting both videos! Awesome job!
Well done. The inhabitants of your city will never go hungry.😜 I’m a little late checking in today. Our local supermarket had advertised it would be open early 7am for seniors to shop separately, due to the Covid 19 restrictions, so we made our way there first thing this morning, which meant I’m just seeing your excellent update a bit later than normal. Love the large fish sign. I love it when pieces you didn’t think you would ever use, turn out to be perfect. Bravo!
Another great add to your city. The big fish sign is fantastic. The beach is really looking great. Can't wait to see the next update. Great work my friend and thanks for sharing.
Love it! Only suggestion would be to switch the doors and have guests enter from the balcony side and have the counter face out. Now the employee door isn't used as much with the step being there and the window is now enjoyed by the guest
Although that sounds great, it doesn't work as the floor plan is 6x8. I'm using 6x6 for the interior detail as it is. If we turn it all 90 degrees there is no space for the customer to enter unless I got rid of the potatoes and wet fish counter. I think it'll have to stay. Good suggestion though, it got me thinking!
I feel like with the empty area to the right of the dinner you should make little street vendors (newspaper stand, fruit stand, etc.) and maybe some homeless people kind of bothering the beach goers for some spare change. That would really add some realism to the area.
HiHo Robin What’s nicer than a day trip to the coast and a slap-up meal of fish and chips with lashings of salt and vinegar? I am totally in love with everything you’ve achieved here. It all fits together perfectly and the narrative is perfect too! I really like the little beach huts. Maybe you could add a few “Strandkorbs”? I’ve seen a few made from Lego elements, they’re particularly effective in a beach scene! Great job Robin. Wonderful 👍👍
Love the puns, lol That Duplo fish looks PERFECT! Great thinking! And I love the seagull scene, very funny! A scene common on Pier 39 in San Francisco, aswell haha! Only suggestion this week is to perhaps move the awning over the employee entrance to the customer entrance (or even adding an additional). Looking great as it all comes together, and the color splash really makes it pop. Good work as always!
Suggestion. You should add a person having a jog down the beach or down the small street you can also have a small life guard tower next to the fish snd chips shop with a lifeguard with binoculars Btw great vid😁
SUGGESTION: For the steps, although its annoying removing parts. I think you should have a black barrier, steps, then black barrier again next to the fish n chips shop!!! Great video as usual, i am enjoying these so much as i am working from home. Keep safe and keep it up
Fabilous again!!!! Fantastic Idea of the bikini!!! I love that you used the Duplo fish as a sign. I love the 3D Duplo peaces but my daughters are still playing with it so mama can't take them yet 😅 And ofcourse the scene with the seagull is helarious!!!! 😂
Fish & Chips shop ? A+ !! Love my friday fish fry (haddock) in upstate NY :) Great use of that small building and keeping it on a stand to allow for the space underneath. Only thing I might have done is transform the customer "entrance" to instead basically be a take-out kind of window, sort of like the ice cream shop. That duplo fish as the 3d sign is hilarious, what a random piece! The seagull scene is a riot too! As to next - I'm enjoying your beach-side development, but also quite curious to see the train station so I'm up for either!
My thinking in the take out window too was more internal space for the details of the shop, and especially with how you put so much into a space, I'd have loved to see even more! but, it was "seamless" nonetheless :)
Excellent job once again Robin. The fish and chips turned out nice, love the seagull scene, and that sign on top is perfect. The beach is turning out great. Suggestion for the space on the side of the dinner... street vendors, New Orleans style. Things like artists and such.
Looks brilliant Robin! Please could you move those stairs about 2-3 studs away from the customer door? I think it would look better!😀 Please start on the railway station too😀
Top vid again. Ive just made a fish and chip shop out of the latest 3in1 creator set. Still needs tidying up inside. Finally got round to my first lego city vid yesterday :) No where near as good as this but your Friday vids always give me inspiration on what to do next :)
OMG what a lots of comments I thought I’ll add more to it then...Great vdo Robin you cant be type cast for sure an English man doing a city making a fish and chips shop...🤣😂👍❤️, I like you to continue with the beach because that my favourite part of any city but I’m happy with the station as well so go with the flow Robin, what an amazing little fish and chip shop I also loved that piece of fish for a 3D sign...very cool ❤️💕👍💜
Soooooo many comments. I'm going to have to stop replying to them all as it just takes too long now. I'll still read them but not type personal answers to every one. I think we're going to alternate locations. It keeps me on my toes too. I love the sign too!
Super cool video! I got some suggestions. First I was thinking that you could have a few seagulls on the roof or on the fence I think I will look like that the seagull that is attacking the rugby player would be part of a flock. Also maybe it will look good if you added some tiles inside the shop but you could make them looks like cheap floors I’d rather a few more episodes on the beach before you do the railway station I don’t know why because I love trains. Also when you do the train stations can you put some pieces down right next to the tracks to look like sensors that would trigger the railway crossing when the train approaches you can find some pictures online Once again great video
Robin Hood Bricks you don’t need to make the crossings work just put some pieces next to the track about 1 base plate away from the crossing on each track on both direction. They don’t have to work they will just look like they are there here is a good picture of one. www.dw.com/image/19036380_303.jpg
Am loving your videos and love how you get people to help design and make suggestions to your city. I would like suggest for space next to road a magazine stand or a bike stand, where people pay to hire them, to ride around beach front or in city.
Lots of fishy puns. Very funny. I just think the little fish and chip shop should have the window of the building facing the pavement level and have just the one door. Then it can be like a takeaway pop up shop. Would give you more interior space and saves having 2 doors. The blank space next to the diner you could put a telephone booth there. Either a modern looking one or a vintage red phone box. Plus a little idea I’ve seen for your beach when it’s closer to being finished, using brick separators as sun loungers.
Robin Hood Bricks if you search for Alex Nunes on Facebook he’s got a Alex’s Lego collection where someone has posted a picture. Looks like they’ve used a 2x2 round technic brick as a head rest.
Love the video, and the fish and chip shop. In regards to the blank area of land beside the diner, I think you should add a bench, with some plants next to it, maybe also a bin for the rubbish from the diner and fish and chip shop.
You could add a parked food truck like the 60150 pizza truck in that empty space underneath the monorail. Love that fish 'n chips scene with the seagull by the way 😆 That brings back memories of a seagull actually stealing meat right of our barbecue during our holiday in kent.
I admit that when the video first got started I had my doubts about the direction you were heading but as the video evolved it became more and more interesting. Wonderful re-purposing of beach building. Bravo. PS. My vote is for different areas on Monday and Friday, beach vs trains
So cool. One idea is that if you place the beach house away from the wall about 6-8 studs, you can keep all of your up-down lights. Then connect it to the upper level with a rope bridge similar to the ones used in the Treehouse Ideas set.
I think that the roof of @sweat is fantastic and the bikini bottoms looks perfect using the corner piece. the added building in great and such a find with the 3d fish sign. everything is looking like a very busy and active beach front with so many amazing food locations that a mini can choose from. I think that the area by the roadway would be great to add a bus stop and in doing so you could add the taxi location to the train station while bus commuters could walk across the path to the station it allows the majority of them to visit the beach or theater. and as always thank you for sharing your great ideas and the city you are creating.
I just realised the lady is naked 0-0 anyhow...I really like the Beach scene! (+ 22:01 I noticed the two bollards on the left to stop the oncoming path. this is a very nice realistic detail)
For the area near the diner, maybe some bicycle parking/racks. People can park their bike then go to the beach! Of course if the area of too large for bikes, have a newspaper/souvenir stand in that area too.
As always, BRAVO 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻. I hope those solar panels are facing south, southwest 😆. I would love to see the last Modulars on the boardwalk before the train station goes up. I’m sure the line for fish m chips is long seeing it’s a Lenten Friday😂🤣😂
I’ve never seen a huge air conditioning like that in LEGO. Such a great and creative solution! And I like how the fish and chips place fits in that corner!
Wauw, really nice build and idea 👍 Plus nice use of the fish 👌 If you get one more pink plate, there is just room for one more Diner table on the other side of the small set of stairs (next to the fish&chips shop). I like the idea of using the space as a bus stop or Taxi rack. I guess the station will be right around the corner. Don't know if it will be too far away 🤔 Doing the station on Mondays and the beach on Fridays (or vice versa), as you suggested, sounds like an excellent idea 😀 Looking forward to it
Love the chippy seagulls are a pain lol suggestion add a sand castle near or under the chip shop with kids playing under it love you channel still keep it up
To make it look like a fish and chip shop u should add stack crates of fish outside the fish and and chip shop to make it look more interesting Like so He can see
I love the a/c unit on the gym and the solar cells. I have been adding those type of add on to my buildings as well. Great add!!! Fish and chips perfect for the beach! Idea.... Wouldn’t there be an exhaust fan for the fryers? Not sure how you would add that? Maybe a wall unit using the LEGO parts that look like little stairs? They are often used as well as a front grill on larger LEGO truck models. Hope you know what I am talking about.
Mondays for the station and Fridays for the beach is probably the option for the best at this time, idk if you’re in home or what but it probably would be something to do during the whole quarantine issue.
Hey Robin ! It would look absolutely awesome if you could raise the fish and chips fryers by a stud or two to make it look as if it is on a table and not on the floor!
I look forward to these updates. The fish sign is just perfect! I’m kind of sad the chef is grumpy though, I wish she would be happier especially because she’s nearer the sea and it’s sunny! (By the way I used to be the channel Ginger Bricks!)
Oh, another suggestion for area between the diner and the road could be a busker as it would be a high pedestrian traffic area and he/she is trying to get into the recording studio above the diner
That fish & chips shop is exactly what I had in mind. Very iconic for strip malls or stand along kiosks on British and Australian esplanades and boardwalks
Thank you for the wonderful video as always. To me the orientation of the roof looks odd, especially for the customers coming in. Its junction with the wall misses the usual overhang. Also your rain drains are under the roof so not very useful. May I suggest you turn the roof by a quarter turn? And have the roof window at the customer entrance side. Antother possibility ot have a better peek at your beautiful inside would be to have use the window as a vending window, instead of having your customers have to go inside
How bout, in the empty space under the monorail, puting some bike stands (whatever the accual name of those is idk) and park a lot of colorful bikes there?
Really was doubting that space as a fish and chip shop but touche, I think you did well with it! Still disappointed you're not calling the town Snottingham tho 😂
When you first put that beach hut in place, I thought that it would make a nice lifeguard tower (with a bit of modification to make the window area bigger), but the fish & chip shop is a good idea too. I do tend to agree with one of the other comments that suggested that the counter should be integrated into the building’s wall which would open up the visibility of the interior. As for under the monorail track, there is a few good suggestions in the comments. I think you need to do a small build or multiple small builds - a news stand or a flower stand or a coffee cart or a bike rack or even maybe a city map. I did think of someone selling balloons, but that might be better further down the boardwalk
A good summary of ideas. The window serving hatch did occur to me but UK shops always seem to have a space for you to stand and wait. Maybe it's our weather!
could add a uk red phone box in that spot near the crossing as be a nice touch and stand out
Peaches, You’re totally write!
Brilliant, excellent idea.
Except phone boxes don't really exist much anymore due to mobile phones. I'll have to add the red bits to an order if I want to do these!
How about a blue Tardis instead (if you’re a Dr Who fan)
I have one.😜
atleast in canada i see payphones everywhere, not in boxes tho they went the way of the dodo airline
I do have an cute idea. Have two kids building a sandcastle🏖
I like your thinking
That will definitely happen when I get to the beach details!
Robin Hood Bricks- thank you ❤️
Instead of having 2 doors. You should keep the one on the left and create a big open window/counter for take out at the front. People can enjoy the view from the pier and get their food. Also that will give you a view of the inside of the store 😉
Maybe I'll rethink this but I do like the UK-style counter. That's how all the chip shops I go in look!
@@RobinHoodBricks 23:42 I have this rugby player
I have experienced the "seagull stole my fish & chips" here in Australia as well (can't remember if they actually stole any food or not but they certainly tried :)
Keep at the beach really enjoying it
I'll add your vote!
I used to find you talked too much in your videos but I grew to like your detailed explanation of your builds! Thank you for your videos!
You're welcome. Haha, I'll take that as a complement. It's a bit more engaging in the longer term I hope!
Yes, it is. I appreciate you going into details and I have learned a lot from you. Thank you!
Love the idea of Railway Station Monday & Beach Fun Fridays! We really enjoyed the chop between Modular Monday & City Update Friday before, this sounds just as good!

You're right about keeping "useless" pieces for a rainy day. Flower seller is definitely a plan. I have the poly-bag vendor somewhere. You're right about seeing them nearby stations!
That fish and chip shop really does make sense to me because the Minifigures can catch super fresh fish
Incredible idea Robin
A good use of a tiny building!
That’s such a great build!! The Fish sign is perfect! Excellent adaptation! Cheers! The seagull!!!! Love it!!
Thanks so much!
Hey Robin, you should add a step up to the employee balcony so no-one can trip, wouldn't want the chef to trip and drop her fish! Love the beach, keep it up!
Yes, it's not tiled yet!
Your channel is the best.
Thank you so much, Sarala!
Thank you
By the way you can watch all Disney movies on Hotstar!
Can you join me on roblox?
Oh, that bikini bottom piece definitely makes that scene! And the roof of the gym look so much better now. Only thing I would change now is attaching the white unit to the big fan so it seems like it's all one system.

Yes, it's planned for the station. The bikini triangle piece is perfect, haha!

@@RobinHoodBricks you are welcome:-)
Great video Robin! I like the 3d fish sign. Great way to use a duplo piece, it definitely catches your eye. Ahhh. Makes more sense!
Chip Shop looking great! Can't wait to head back to the coast with the kids when we can.

Suggestion. You should add a person having a jog down the beach or down the small street you can also have a small life guard tower next to the fish snd chips shop with a lifeguard with binoculars

Lifeguards are incoming. Full Baywatch style!
Congrats to this new episode. Nice scene withe seagull, hahaha. And the fish and chips store very nice.👌👌👌

Seagulls are thin on the ground I'm afraid. I have about 15 but they're all busy. Do you mean an automated crossing? Are sensors a real life thing?!
Robin Hood Bricks you don’t need to make the crossings work just put some pieces next to the track about 1 base plate away from the crossing on each track on both direction. They don’t have to work they will just look like they are there here is a good picture of one. www.dw.com/image/19036380_303.jpg
The fish on the roof looks really cool. Nice work.
It is just PERFECT!
I like the alternating between the beach and the station idea
Sounds like a plan!
Please more beach stuff. It looks so amazing. Thanks for the videos
Thanks, Dennis!
Awesome stuff again. I’m not fussed what you work on next as all your videos are absorbing and full of great content.
Aww thanks, Simon!
Am loving your videos and love how you get people to help design and make suggestions to your city. I would like suggest for space next to road a magazine stand or a bike stand, where people pay to hire them, to ride around beach front or in city.
It's a great idea, Amanda, but that's gonna be at the station just the other side of the tracks!
I would need more bricks than I had with only one door.
How would the separator work as a lounger when it has a great big axle sticking out?!
Robin Hood Bricks if you search for Alex Nunes on Facebook he’s got a Alex’s Lego collection where someone has posted a picture. Looks like they’ve used a 2x2 round technic brick as a head rest.
Huh. Pity is I already have some nice loungers. I love the ingenuity of uses for separators!
Love the video, and the fish and chip shop.
In regards to the blank area of land beside the diner, I think you should add a bench, with some plants next to it, maybe also a bin for the rubbish from the diner and fish and chip shop.
Yes, we need some seating and bins!
You could add a parked food truck like the 60150 pizza truck in that empty space underneath the monorail.
Love that fish 'n chips scene with the seagull by the way 😆 That brings back memories of a seagull actually stealing meat right of our barbecue during our holiday in kent.
Right off the BBQ, haha. I saw one eat a whole tub of tartar sauce including the tub!
@@RobinHoodBricks oh my god. They are just monsters aren't they 😂😂😂
adding some work on the train station would be great. Mondays and Fridays switching like you mentioned would be ideal in my mind. Thanks!
Cool. Next Friday will be a massive whole City Update though, as it's video 150!
I love the details in this one! The sign is amazing and the seagull scene is so cool!
The details really make it, don't they!
I admit that when the video first got started I had my doubts about the direction you were heading but as the video evolved it became more and more interesting. Wonderful re-purposing of beach building. Bravo. PS. My vote is for different areas on Monday and Friday, beach vs trains
Yay, glad I won you over!
Thank you, love the seagul snatching the food, all familiar with this from Bremerhaven, Germany, my home place.
Seagulls are the same the world over!
So cool. One idea is that if you place the beach house away from the wall about 6-8 studs, you can keep all of your up-down lights. Then connect it to the upper level with a rope bridge similar to the ones used in the Treehouse Ideas set.
That would be cool but would mean a lot of lost beach space and I don't have enough as it is!
That’s ok, people should stay home now anyway. :). Looking forward to the next vid.
Thanks so much. Maybe you're right. A bus stop could be a short distance away as I have a lot of things planned for out front of the station!
I just realised the lady is naked 0-0 anyhow...I really like the Beach scene! (+ 22:01 I noticed the two bollards on the left to stop the oncoming path. this is a very nice realistic detail)
perhaps use the Lego crystal type piece in the solid yellow colour for the chips
Thanks. Yes there are a few cheeky scenes in the city!
Another brilliant update Robin! For the area to the left of the diner I would suggest a news stand or other similar small vendor.
I'll see what I can do!
That’s a brilliant addition to your city, especially when you use the set for your own custom display which is excellent
Thanks very much, Matty!
For the area near the diner, maybe some bicycle parking/racks. People can park their bike then go to the beach!
Of course if the area of too large for bikes, have a newspaper/souvenir stand in that area too.
Good ideas!
I love how you used the Duplo fish!
Haha, me too!
Well done awesome vidio looks great well done brilliant
Thanks, D4. It means a lot!
Oh yes, good point!
I’ve never seen a huge air conditioning like that in LEGO. Such a great and creative solution! And I like how the fish and chips place fits in that corner!
Thanks, Sol. It's a great piece that wheel!
Don't know if it will be too far away 🤔 Doing the station on Mondays and the beach on Fridays (or vice versa), as you suggested, sounds like an excellent idea 😀 Looking forward to it
I'd love a fourth table but that's all the pink tiles I own!
Love the chippy seagulls are a pain lol suggestion add a sand castle near or under the chip shop with kids playing under it love you channel still keep it up
Thanks, Secret. Sandcastles will be incoming!
Great addition today. Perhaps put a couple flower beds in the unused space beneath the monorail?
That is definitely an option as it's not very deep!
This is so clever. You should add another seagull going after the spilled chips.
Yes maybe. I only have so many, sadly!
To make it look like a fish and chip shop u should add stack crates of fish outside the fish and and chip shop to make it look more interesting
Like so He can see
Haha. Thanks for watching!
I put an extractor fan on the wall using a turntable base!
love your videos
Thanks, Michael. Still growing well!
Mondays for the station and Fridays for the beach is probably the option for the best at this time, idk if you’re in home or what but it probably would be something to do during the whole quarantine issue.
Thanks. Next Friday will be a massive whole City Update as it's video 150!
in the spare spot add a train model. micro scale. it would give a bit of history to the city and it will make the station more friendly.
Thanks for watching!
Just amazing Robin
I love all your videos Robin
I love that seagull scene!
Hey Robin !
It would look absolutely awesome if you could raise the fish and chips fryers by a stud or two to make it look as if it is on a table and not on the floor!
Well they could go up one plate. Any higher and they'd spill out!
Inspirational as usual, thank you for sharing!
Well thank you for watching!
Again, it's all in the details. Very nice work. We do indeed expect 3D sign from you now all the time :)
Haha, love a 3D sign!
You can use the large area next to the diner for a memorial, maybe a fountain or small park area?
More modulars are on the way!
Robin Hood Bricks awesome, looking forward for more content!
Love the seagull scene
Yes, it's a fun one!
Really great video man! Great work on the Fish and Chips joint.
Thanks, Caleb!
Another great video, keep up the good work man
Haha, thanks, Daily!
this turned out realy good! i love the fish sign and the hammick
Thank you!
It's look very good.
You could add a newspaper stand next to the dinner.
Newspaper shop is part of my station build!
Suggestion: Add a child running towards the lady in the hammock with a water bucket, trying to splash her.
The unknown romanian collector dislike
Haha. Sounds like me as a child!
Suggestion- You should have a kid in the sea with a shark fin on his back and other people thinking its a real shark
Haha!
Love your creativity!
Thanks, MC!
You could put dark tan plates where the sand meets the sea to make it look like the sand is wet like in a real beach
Yes, it's still not finished!
I look forward to these updates. The fish sign is just perfect! I’m kind of sad the chef is grumpy though, I wish she would be happier especially because she’s nearer the sea and it’s sunny! (By the way I used to be the channel Ginger Bricks!)
I think grumpy people are quite funny!
Oh, another suggestion for area between the diner and the road could be a busker as it would be a high pedestrian traffic area and he/she is trying to get into the recording studio above the diner
Ahh, good link. I like it!
That fish & chips shop is exactly what I had in mind. Very iconic for strip malls or stand along kiosks on British and Australian esplanades and boardwalks
It's a very familiar venue for me!
You need more seagulls around The foodplaces even doves and other birds just like in real life
I have some crows on order. Four white birds and about fifteen seagulls is quite a lot for a LEGO city but they don't go far. I need more!
@@RobinHoodBricks you should add seagulls going for the lobster at the shrimp shack
You have very good ideas
Thanks very much, Jakob!
I didn't amend the roof as that's how it was in the original set. I guess making it a brick taller would create overhang all the way around!
How bout, in the empty space under the monorail, puting some bike stands (whatever the accual name of those is idk) and park a lot of colorful bikes there?
That will be at the station over the tracks, but good shout!
Really was doubting that space as a fish and chip shop but touche, I think you did well with it! Still disappointed you're not calling the town Snottingham tho 😂
Yes, it's a tight space for sure!
21:38 Haha, I was just considering to suggest using this exact piece for a sign to you! 😮😄
Wow. It was pure chance I had it!
