Sick Build! But if you want it to be fully historically accurate, since this is medieval times pumpkins weren’t found until the Americas were discovered
Wow, thanks! I try to upload as soon as it's done, quite difficult to keep it within 7 days though. 4-5 days building + filming (filming the build process slows down the build significantly), 2-3 days editing, 1-2 days random life issues comes up 😂 so its 7-10 days per episode
@@1by1Brick If I may also add, the story you created around this build really pulls it all together. I think we’d all love for you to expand upon this story arc in one way or another 😊
I like your stone bridge, it looks very nice. I had to laugh when you said an outhouse in front of the house would not be nice. My mother grew up on a farm with no indoor plumbing. They had three barns, and the outhouse was in the barn where the plow horse was kept. I guess my grandfather figured any smells you could just blame the horse.....LOL. Thankfully by the time I came along, they had indoor plumbing including a proper toilet.
I'm really looking forward to every new video, love the editing and music! And your building style is very nice and perfectly detailed, thank you for showing how you build everything, I'm learning a lot! Never seen those trees before, they look great!
This is stunning! I just watched through all the episodes in this series. Very inspiring. I love how you give us a closeup look of most of the building techniques! Would love to see what you would do with a medieval town build sometime in the future!
If I'm being honest I was a bit dubious about the moc as I was watching the series because it was the first time I'd watched you as a TH-camr and a Lego builder and the moc felt a bit plain and the colours rather dull but I didn't realise how much detailing you were waiting to the end to add. All of the beautiful vegetation and greenery really finishes this moc off and makes it absolutely stunning. It's exactly what I felt like the moc was missing in earlier episodes and it toatally ties it all together now and makes it really beautiful. This ended up being an amazing moc so I'm very glad I bothered watching the series up till now. You are a very talented builder and will be watching future episodes in this series. Also I really liked your storytelling with the minifigs; it added an extra element of life and fun. Lastly a suggestion for your videos and builds: I think it would be great if you detailed the sections individually rather than adding all the good stuff at the end so that viewers could get a look at how good the end product is going to be and it might be more satisfying getting complete sections every video plus you could get better thumbnails so that people who have your videos pop up on their home page will see how good your building really is and go check out your channel.
Another thing I've just been reading the comments section and you are being such a good TH-camr putting in time and effort to read and respond to comments, really interacting with your community. That's something I love about TH-camrs whose channels haven't gone big yet.
My work flow is to go from the larger elements down to the smaller ones, botanicals is on the smaller end so it naturally comes last. I also wanted to do a really nice timelapse segment of the botanicals in one go. Also the story of this moc may have evolved differently had i done the botanicals earlier since i dont plan these things it all improvised (trolls would not have been there for the heist to come to mind) But you do make a really good point though it’s definitely something to ponder about for future projects. No easy solutions coming to mind right now for this. Thank you for your in depth critique!
Great idea but i think its too late for that because i would have to undo the entire river to place some stud plates instead of tiles. I didnt do this to begin with because i wasnt sure if i had enough plates, my parts collection is abit too heavy on tiles, have to correct the imbalance
Where do you get the music for these videos? Would love to know the name of the background track being played at 6:50. Amazing building techniques btw. It’s all done with the detail of a very experienced moc builder. You can see how carriages would have been wearing down the cobble stone road, trees and the foliage that are in a specific season, and fun yet logical additions like a campsite in the woods and the horse stables. It really achieves a picture view of the area. Like if I was a minifigure, in a Lego world where everything was made of it, it’d look close to what you’re achieving here. You really convey the details of a real environment well in your builds.
@@1by1Brick thank you for the quick response! The music really adds to the magic of what you’re doing here. Someone said it perfectly, the build is both very detailed (real looking)yet also very vibrant and beautiful. You really capture the sense of adventure with your color choices and styles. Subscribed and excited to see more!
@1x1brick How did you connect the upper part of the first tree you place at 1:53 with the trunk? It looks like it would just be an axle, but then the top could spin around. Is there a connection I'm not seeing?
It’s how I normally talk!… kidding 😄 Somehow I’m incapable of just talking during voice over, gotta read a script so i thought i might aswell make it sound unique
I do it on purpose so that non-native english speakers can understand me as well as native speakers since i have a natural tendency to speak too quickly
Most underrated lego builder rn - love the series ❤
Thanks!

Haha, Thank you!
Me too!
It’s a really good series I hope he expands this more it’s so beautiful w all the detail
the trees look super good! loved the green-ish moss pieces on the bark
Thank you!
The brighter colored foliage accents the darker colored ground so well. Makes everything pop without being overblown in color.
Thank you!
Please do more medieval type serieses 😊
Will do!
Been a fan since the first episode. Love this whole build. Keep up the amazing work! 🎉
Thank you for following the build series!
Sick Build! But if you want it to be fully historically accurate, since this is medieval times pumpkins weren’t found until the Americas were discovered
Thanks, didn’t know that! The medieval blacksmith set had a small pumpkin patch on the side so I just expanded on that
@@1by1Brick Yea! I think it’s really funny that even Lego got it wrong 😂
I really like how the story changes with each video and how the minifigures are rearranged. Amazing work!
Thank you! 😊
Hello. Cool. I am building my medieval city from plasticine. Cool. Bravo. Good luck.❤😊
Wow, cool!
I wish I had this much Lego
Try collecting it over time!
you are my favourite youtuber and by far the best builder ever in my opinion will you upload next week?

I love the design of the bridge, I might have to use that for my own MOCs sometime
Thanks, glad my work is useful for you!

Sure, I have some ideas for it's continuation already! It all depends on space available though haha
@@1by1Brick Good luck finding more space! Hope you find it!
You should build a cellar or cave underneath the blacksmith to replace the rainbow supports. :)
Nice idea!
Whoa looks amazing the whole setup 😮👏🏻👏🏻

This channel is VERRY quickly becoming one of my most anticipated!! I love all of it!
Wow, thanks!

yes it spins, no way around that without making the tree look weird, upside is the flexibility of its shape.
my dream is to create something similar. Unfortunately, I don't have many details
Start building, it comes with time and practice!
Very nice! Where did you buy all these pieces?
Thanks, by parting out sets, bricklink and pab walls
Could you make a yellow castle revamp
I dont have many yellow parts haha, focused on collecting other tones that u see me using regularly
Its so Hot 😂❤🎉 i still waiting for a Castle
Greetings from the Multiverse
Unrelated. Where can I find your background music?!
At Epidemic Sound website.
I wish i now how much at cost MOC like this approximately
I have no idea, parts collected over time
pls ad a pleylist
Done! thanks for the suggestion
I love you builds but the way you talk is so funny :D "starting of with a bridge... build. "the arch... stones. "for the cabin... set"
It’s how I normally talk!… kidding 😄
Somehow I’m incapable of just talking during voice over, gotta read a script so i thought i might aswell make it sound unique
It was sad that we didn't see Alia but I can understand why. Her character is really cringe.
Is it just me or does he speak really robotically? Like every sentence has emphasis on the last word
I do it on purpose so that non-native english speakers can understand me as well as native speakers since i have a natural tendency to speak too quickly
