I played the whole game just like this and learned they really don't care. If you're super incompetent and a danger to the public, they just let you get away with it with little to no consequences. And then they compliment you on what a great cop you are. 😆

This was my favorite youtuber on my old account. Oh the countless days I would spend just rewatching all of his videos since they always made me laugh. But when that account shut down for no reason I stopped watching TH-cam for a while out of anger. When I returned I forgot who I watched. For a year I watched random stuff when eventually I was in a discord server AND SOMEONE POSTED ONE OF YOUR VIDEOS TODAY. I am so happy that I found my favorite youtuber after losing him for a year. The crashes and honks trickling into the cutscenes was my favorite thing about all this, *by far.* I love the programming in this game.
I love scripted fights where it's virtually impossible to die in, nothing beats staying up till 4 am and watching your character/allies getting beaten senseless for 10 minutes straight

Phelps has gotten over his anger management from last time.
He realiced that overdoing that way for every single case was too tiring. So he admited the truth, that he couldnt care less about the cases he deals with, and now he lives a honest and balanced life by way of "believing" everyone he encounters. He may be the worst cop the force has ever seem, but boy does he has a healthy life stile.
What I love about Kevin’s channel is he shows there really isn’t a right way to play a video game just because the developer coded it to where you can only progress doing things their way NEVER has stopped Kevin from “bending rules” for us all to have a good laugh.
