Not sure if the person who gets motion sick will ever read this, but I had the same reaction and I turned off the "motion blur" effect in the settings and it helped IMMENSELY.
@@smellslikelayne I can play for awhile if I'm just walking or even sprinting straight. But when I start sprinting up and down hills and taking twists and turns, I get so sick.
Window tip: move them off the wall with the hand tool and set them on the floor to sell them. This leaves the wall behind and won't ruin exterior paint.
to answer the polemic about brick lol here in brazil all of our houses are made of brick, both inside and out! usually the newer buildings will have what we call “shafts” for plumbing and electrical, but the og houses put inside brick wall, if something happens we have to tear everything down lol
for a moment when she said about the walls i'd question myself about how is here in Brazil because I've always thought that here it would be bad if something wasn't made with bricks
Here in South Africa, we've got full brick houses everywhere as well, brick with steel/metal for stability, inside and out. Then we also have fully wooden "wendy houses" dotted about but then again, we don't have all the natural disaster problems that some of the rest of the world experiences😅. I enjoyed watching the stream❤❤
The VOD of this on twitch helped me stay awake Saturday night and kept me company while waiting for news of a family member who was in hospital. Thanks Kayla ❤
Love your videos kayla! What i studdied in college is that each country uses different materials depending on the weather and what recourses the country has easy access to. Is never all or nothing but there are materials that are seen more frequently. Here in Portugal most houses are made with brick but there are still structural wodden beams. In the south there are houses made of compressed dirt to keep the temperatures cool on the inside. In other countries like Japan the houses are mostly made with wood due to the amount of trees that they have access. Hope it helped😊
1:20:03 Isn't house flipper produced by a European company? That's probaby why the interior walls are also made of brick, coz it's normal building practices in their country.
Yesss I've been waiting for this 😊 I prefer watching at 1.5 speed (RIP my attention span) so I have to wait for your vods on yt instead of just watching on Twitch
I'm loving the house flipper streams so much haha, I keep getting a glitch every time I hop on that says it didn't save and asks me to change my settings. The first time I clicked OK it wiped my progress. So now I just click no and everything's still there.
1:13:20 it's not just an European thing. I'm Brazilian and *all* our houses are brick and concrete and metal structure, including interior walls. My biggest cultural shock was finding out Americans build with wood, insulation and drywall, like yeah, no kidding your houses catch fire and burn to the ground. Sorry if that's morbid.
here in southamerica we have our houses with bricks lol, its more common to build it that way and its more efficient bc it last longer too (all interior walls too) , its not common to have drywalls or wood
Chat's gotta let her cook sometimes, haha. You all know she gets super anxious, so even though you guys mean well, constantly telling her what's wrong when she misses something can have the opposite effect.
1:18:04 In England, we put a lot of our plumbing and wiring through the floor. The floors are wood, but the walls are stone. Even interior. Like we redid my house's bathroom, and no walls got cut, just floors pulled up. And then channels for wiring are cut into the stone walls. You put the wiring through tubing to protect it, and then you just plaster over the channels. When my Mum's kitchen got redone, omggggggg the amount of stone dust over everything because of the new wiring channels was ridiculous! Especially because dad hadn't even cleared up the breakfast dishes, so there was thick stone dust on top of plates w toast and egg remnants. Ew.
This was fun to watch 😂 Very smash happy Lilsimsie. "Simsie Smaaash~" We have wood exteriors as well in Finland 🤔mostly I think anyways. It lets us insulate house better for the winters... like this years -30C
Im glad I came back to seeing you play House flipper when I clicked on your profile! You and this game are the best combo! keep up the good work my gyal❤
is so interesting that living in Brazil I've never thought that walls could be built without bricks, even the interior ones, i wonder if here would be cheaper too
Old houses in England are brick, new builds I'm not sure, I don't think so because you can hear everything, yeah pipes etc are in the wall and under floor.
I think the issue with the mean girls musical movie is the fact it isn't being marketed as that so people aren't realising it's a adaptation of the musical
Europe, and brick interior walls. I can tell you it’s definitely not the way in Scandinavia. I know that because my parents built to houses, remodelled the rest they had. My mom also worked in real estate for new builds. So yeah, the norm here would definitely be wood. I think it depends a bit on resources, wood here isn’t hard, we have tons of forest. But I can picture brick being an easier resource for some places. And that it might have benefits for some areas. But yeah, count the Scandics out of the brick interior walls. We don’t do that 😂
Another content creator has imported Sims items into her game and they look so big and weird but cool I guess although it wouldn't be for me. Just thought I'd mention it to anyone interested. I'd love to play House Flipper but I don't know how easy it would be to play on a laptop or even if my laptop is compatible :(
As an American living in North Yorkshire, can confirm that most buildings I've been in are made of brick. Even interior walls. Not sure about new builds. But our house is completely brick with drywall covering and all the piping is in the floor, which is really nice upstairs in winter when you need the boiler on and it heats your feet. It also is very weird for me. Biggest problem here with using brick is damp getting into the bricks which kind of...oozes out into the drywall. I suppose this is more of an issue in older builds which may not have had damp proofing installed. Currently we rent and our house has damp that is making all the paint kind of... Flake away from the walls (very unfortunate). But again, can't say for new builds. There aren't many new builds in my area currently being built. I may ask the next builder who comes in to inspect something though! In Sweden (where we moved from) though, it was mostly concrete with some interior timber framing. Really really thick concrete, too. And the insulation in new builds was AMAZING. I miss it so much.
I don’t even think the outside of my house is made of brick. Just more insulation and possibly concrete but we don’t see bricks here. America doesn’t know what bricks are.
I am super excited for this I am loving the houseflipper streams I wait for them to come out on youtube because I pay for youtube premium for no ads and I dont watch twitch enough to sub on there
Can you please play this again? I already did all the emails on my game. Now I’m flipping houses, and this gave me so much inspiration. Also, I did not know how to use certain extra tools until watching this 🧡🩷
Not sure if the person who gets motion sick will ever read this, but I had the same reaction and I turned off the "motion blur" effect in the settings and it helped IMMENSELY.
Same. I get migraines and I have vertigo, so a lot of first-person games make me motion sick. Even Minecraft, if I'm running more than I am walking.
omg i'm gonna try it!! i've wanted to play house flipper forEVER but even seeing trailers made me sick, this might be a life saver
@@mariafernandafernandes3193 hope it works for you!!!

Increasing the FOV all the way also is extremely helpful.

In Argentina everything is made with bricks and cement too lol

I wish chat were less nitpicky about things. It takes Kayla so long to finish because people complain about every detail 😂

I had been waiting for another house flipper 2 stream!!! 🥳
Also as someone who lives in UK, we absolutely do have timber frame interior walls 😂🤦🏻♀️

i love the house flipper streams! they're so fun to watch and very peaceful 😻
I could watch these videos all day I love them
Same. I love watching Kayla play
Omg the coin flip at the beginning! I do the same thing 😂
Kayla: Forget cleaning stains. Just break the walls!!!

Also, that picture with holes cut into the wood supports for wiring, that's not allowed here, coz it undermines the stability of those wood supports.
most of europe (esp the uk) not understanding how the US does a lot of stuff differently because we are a completely different country is so silly
I turned that house into a 3 bed 2.5 bath. I added 2 kids rooms in the basement and made a play room as well down there
This was fun to watch 😂 Very smash happy Lilsimsie. "Simsie Smaaash~"

Well, *I* liked the green checkerboard wallpaper that Kayla liked. 😊
Did I miss a house flipper stream?! I didn’t see you do the house up and make the table and I can’t find where you streamed it 😢
@shaydowding4528 it's in the blue suburbia part 4 vod! If you skip to about halfway through, she plays there :) also spent a long time looking for it
@@Jemsquashiepie thank you! Appreciate it
Please post more House Flipper I LOVE THESE TYPE OF LONG VIDEOS !!
Also it might be useful to put a dining table in the basement because i dont know if on will fit upstairs

I don't blame you if you wanna play house flipper 2 lilsimsie it's such a fun game. 😅😊👍
P.S. possible auto-save bug in house flipper 2 maybe. 🤔🤷
ironically, i got an ad showing a german "neubau" (new building) house being built with brick walls on the interior
wedding invitations! how exciting simsie!
You should build the HF2 starter house in The Sims and then renovate it!
With all due respect, i will never understand usa walls made of drywall. The idea they are so fragile, it just weirds me out

I wish house flipper was on Mac!!!! I want it so bad.
Well I learned you dont need the step ladder, you just jump on the furniture
I love these streams!
I get motion sickness when I play too. I turn the blur off and set the FOV all the way up. FOV 90 and up on any game prevents it.
OMG OMG OMG WIll this be available on mobile devices? Because I play house flipper on my tablet and I'm obsessed with it. I love it so much.
Did I miss the renovation of the house with the saving bug? Or is that stream not uploaded?
make the extra bathroom in the basement inti a pantry
ive gotten mostly investing ads here since you talked about it in the video lmao
i thought there was moulding in this game? I think someone else used it for their build. Or maybe it's only for sandbox?
I like this game :::) it's fun
Yes even in new builds everything is brick hahaha
I need morrrrreeeee❤❤❤
Does anyone know which headphones Kayla uses??
logitech cloud something
YESSSSS
i can't stand white walls everywhere. it's so......hospital-ish. Drives me nuts.
your chat is way too damn critical, youre the one playing the game, not them
Honestly, I’m sad there are no before and after pics. There is not real incentive to go above and beyond.

Atlanta, GA knows what bricks are! Mostly the fancier homes are made of brick here and in the suburbs
Not to be rude but you seemed like you were on something here. Like an upper or buzzed or something.
what made u think that?
tired.. or anxious. she has bad days like everyone else.
