What Chinese Mom made for her kids birthday dinner, and a HUGE surprise !

- My kids asked for a puppy in last 4 years, my girls are celebrating 2 digits 10 years old! Finally I am getting a fluffy cutie puppy to surprise them!
And I trick them into thinking there are just some oranges as their birthday dessert lol, but I am secretly making a "Oreo Cheese cake" for them.
In China, for birthdays we always have noodles, means good long life. Today I am making this "Zha Zha Mian" 渣渣面, chicken crumbs topping fresh made noodles. also I made "Five spice edamame", Special fruit plate.

Oreo Cheese cake:
14 Oreos for cake base
9 Oreos for cake batter
1 stick of butter
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
3 cup+1 tbsp cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 bag gelatine powder
88ml warm milk
Zha Zha Mian ( Spicy noodles with Chicken crumbs topping)

Noodle sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped green onions
2 tbsp Chinese vinegar
1 tbsp Chili oil
1 tsp Sichuan peppercorn oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp Chicken powder
1 tbsp lard

My aunts and uncle and cousins spoke to their dog in Hmong and he understood them. Sadly my aunt pass away years ago and after that their dog died and than my uncle.
They got their dog when he was a pup from a dog store and than they found out that dog store got their puppies from a puppy mill 🤦🏻♀️ that place got shut down.
