    For those who want to bash you... to them I say "piss off!" Looks great and it does everything you want/need it to do. Awesome job!
    Love the interior lights and the fact that it comes with the little remote is wonderful! Enjoy and Thank you for sharing! ❤🙏❤

    In the video I speak about possible upgrades in the future such as adding the extra battery and extra cooling fan. I completed that in 2019 but have yet to make a video of it. I will do it soon and link it in the description.

    Just ordered a 406 Duo and was browsing all YT vids to learn it. Your's came up. As the Germans would remark, "Shyza!". Mispelled it for sure. Great work. Love the color LEDs too. Amazing is the engineering and thought that went into its creation. Bet that took a long while. It's even ready for when there is no power. Good seeing such great work including the one-man video production.

      Thank you! Yes it took awhile. I did end up adding a second 6s 20 amp lipo on the other side. I will make another follow up video soon.

    the power supply will actually run cooler the more amps you pull from it. pay attention to the fan in it sometime. when the charger is barely pulling amps from it the fan runs at full blast. that's because it's having to dump the extra power into a heat sink inside of it.

    G'day Michael, Great DIY Setup, those I-Charger duo are beasts 💪🏻 I have the I-Charger 4010 Duo to charge/balance my 15S /10P Packs for my Enduro E-Bike Build, love it 👍🏼😊😎
    It's Actually 2 seperate battery packs charging/balancing simultaneously, Pack 1 (8S/10P) & Pack 2 (7S/10P) handles it with no problems
    That's "150 x 18650 li-ion cells" happily charging away 👀👍🏼💪🏻😎

    Dude, that’s awesome! And I’ll bet it was a lot cheaper then the store bought ones !! I have the 406 and was trying to figure out how to set it up. Bench mount or to go case, you really have me impressed with how easy it is to move around, I fly FPV quads so my packs are a lot smaller (4s 1300 mah) but I think this case is just right. Good on you for finding a better way instead of just buying the pelican case like everyone else. Thanks for the video man, many great ideas 💡, the only recommendations I have for ya is to consider adding a dual 1.0 a /2.0 a USB jack to charge phones, laptops , or I pad if that’s your cup of tea.

    What about safety?

  • @divescheduler3011
    @divescheduler3011 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Looks awesome. The question I have about all of the cases is why when your using ac wall power are you converting to DC inverter when you can just plug ac into charger. It would make sense to me to only use 12dc power when charging on batt. Wouldn’t that reduce heat ?

    • @mzgarage
      @mzgarage  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The charger only runs on DC. I am confused what you are asking?

    • @divescheduler3011
      @divescheduler3011 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mzgarage I guess I am asking why use a charger that is DC only when your going to convert to wall power anyway?
