Honestly Big Game Hunt would have been amazingg if it focused more on the game hunt aspect. Kinda like how they had a wendigo hunt in the bl3 dlc. Just doing a bunch of that
I agree, granted the are some hunting activities in the side missions but I was expecting the main mission to be all about hunting a big beastie with Hammerlock
Not to nitpick, but the new rarity introduced in Lilith DLC is Effervescent, not Pearlescent. Sadly a lot of the Effervescent loot are just reskins of legendary weapons with pretty much identical stats, and arguably worse, most are all locked to fire/incendiary elemental damage. Very lazy.
Gotcha, pearls are borderlands 1 yeah? I've heard the effervescent loot is disappointing, never had the opportunity to try any out unfortunately. Thanks for watching!!
@@CasualPerspectiveGames No, there are definitely Pearlescents in BL2, but in NVHM and TVHM, aside from the slot machines in Flamerock Refuge in _Dragon Keep_ they’re unobtainium until lv. 62 or 63:(forget which, off-hand, sorry *🤪* ) in UVHM. Oh, I forgot, with the slot machines in FRR in NVHM,/TVHM, you have to not only get a die roll, but it HAS to be a 20 and the RNG HAS to roll a pearl over the much more common legendary, E-Tech or even purple rarity rolls.
Sucks that these weapons were mainly just there for us to use on the commander lilith dlc enemies. But honestly I'd give it an ok pass for allowing me a way to kill haderax.
I loved your review. It was an interesting perspective to have about the game and I really enjoyed your humor! Also has anybody ever told you you sound like Andy samberg?
I played borderlands 2 for the first time a few years ago and definitely enjoyed it but felt pretty done and satisfied after beating the base game, i think i’ll go back and play the dlc’s now after watching this video 👍
Recently reinstalled and working on a zero at lvl 50. Rough as a solo but I'd say that's more a skill/build issue rather than the game. Enjoying it though
Hell yeah I just started playing BL2 again after several years. I'll never bother to play BL3 again though. FUCK the Calypso Twins. When I finally got around to completing BL3, I was just relieved I was done and would never have to listen to them again.
The character writing and plot in BL3 genuinely felt like someone was trying to inflict bodily harm via a video game. It's some of the most reprehensible shit of the last ten years.
One of the greatest games of all time. There are still a few youtubers who are making content for it to this day. There's just THAT much to unpack
Right?! So impressive, game has aged like fine wine.

@@CasualPerspectiveGames Could have had the final boss be a monster that has been tracking you through the game and give little hints here and there

Awesome! Yeah they are worth it. Thanks for watching
bro bl2 you must max lvl your character and do the boss fights
The dlcs are amazing. Some of the best dlcs in gaming up there with fallout new vegas' dlc.
