I know that not everybody can afford an online course, but I hope that the fifteen videos in the Shadow Work Playlist will support the next steps of your shadow integration journey.
I created this free playlist to function like a crash-course on shadow psychology with the intention of being as accessible and actionable as possible. I didn't want to stash the basics behind a paywall or email signup - I would rather you keep learning right here on TH-cam.
You can instantly access over five hours of beginner-to-advanced shadow work exercises and lectures with the free playlist linked in the description.
Make sure to take your time with the guided exercises, and don't forget to buy the golden books.
    Jordan
    P. S. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to this comments section community. My channel is niche, and you've seen the Inner Work Library slowly expand over the last two years. I feel fortunate to receive such deep and genuine connections online, and TH-cam recently told me that there have been more than 4000 unique commentors across my entire channel.
Thank you for showing up, I appreciate you.
If you want more depth, we can meet inside the library:

Makes sense this was conceived by an italian, italy is endowed with that sense of golden shadowy sense of awe and insight into a sense of beauty within the everyday life throughout its architecture and art

Fascinating. A long time ago in my late teens i got onto shamanic journeying to try and deal with some difficult experiences I was having. As im sure you know the shamanic world consists of an upper, middle, and lower world. I uncovered some fairly heavy forgotten memories in the lower world, with my inner child trapped there. Since then I got into Jung etc and that helped me to understand what was actually going on with the journeying but this is an almost identical concept.

I think I was down in the lower unconscious on ayahuasca for a brief second and it was a total breakdown of any human concept, it was beyond vile and horrific.. I was also in the higher planes with god and total unconditional love, it’s been 4 years and I’m still integrating my experience. After this I was attacked by demons in awake state which I had to deal with, I had no idea they were able to show up in our reality.. I’m doing my shadow work, in therapy for my traumas and studying to be an emotional focused therapist, just stumbled upon your videos and they are very interesting, thank you🥰

Can i 1st just say Thank you. Usually when i hear shadow work or etc etc i cringe a bit but brother you have totally peaked my interest once more. Its so refreshing to hear someone that is so learned and disciplined on a subject as well as many other subjects im sure. Your presentation is so strong and natural,no judgements or soapboxing. I actually got quite a bit from this video. And look forward to seeing where i go from here. fyi the topic(s) you were discussing around 14m in i understand exactly what you are saying and want to commend you on how you explained/verbalized that subject.its hard 4 a lot of people to grasp or not even want to or.... Oh no,i have to apologize for my ramblings as my mind tends togo faster than my words at times, but thanks again for the inspiration, you are doing a good thing with this and all you do and provide to help inform people. please keep going...take care. 🙏

Jordan, this is brilliant! I was shocked by the "like" percentage-4 out of 100 people liked it. Man, kudos for pulling this through, and I hope you keep the enthusiasm burning.

24:00 This! This is what I have been trying to figure out from the start, the different concepts of self. There's a lack of clarity and a lot of confusion between the different models. Thanks for bringing that out.

As a 19 years old I found that reflecting on my childhood made me really expand my middle unconscious and it was and a still a shocking experience knowing why you’re like that we should always ask ourselves why we reacted this way why we are who we are and for me my childhood has all the answers yet I don’t really know how to deal with my traumas for now am just discovering them

This makes me understand my own religion and Kabalistic thought on a psychological level. This is amazing. I want these two books. It sounds like Roberto was a very spiritual person, which makes sense living in a very Christian country. I can see you deeply enjoy the spiritual psychological realm as well. Omg I just looked it up, Assagioli was from a Jewish Middle Class background, so I was right it does have Kabbalistic thought. That makes sense to as why his manuscripts got destroyed in WW2. I thought maybe he was just very Christian so seen as an enemy of the fascists like other figures in Germany and throughout Europe.
