I have been researching the topic for a couple of weeks, and this video was one of the best. Great work!

For example, a GC holder owns a property in UAE and is rented to a U.S citizen. Will this income be taxed, considered the GC holder is a nonresident (ie not meeting SPT criteria)?

    Hello,
How about if a Green Card holder does not meet the SPT and have no income from US source, will he still be taxed as Resident (because he has GC)?
    Thanks

What if a person possessing GC less than three years, how his tax obligations will be, since SPT counts 183 days presence in the U.S for three years?

Hi, I am a Kenyan moving to Miami on a visa for university. I am planning to day trade options on the side. I don't know a whole lot about how I will be taxed, especially since I am not a citizen. Im also 18 so I've been learning as much as I could about taxes, maybe getting double taxed from both countries, etc. Can you make a video talking about this please? Much appreaciated
