This was one of the first Kpop videos I saw after BTS, and I loved it. I thought Shindong was an actor at first, but as the video went on, I realized he was part of the group. Shindong directed a really cool, fun video called Hanryang with his Super Junior bandmate Heechul, Min Kyun-hoon from Knowing Brothers, DinDin, and singer Bibi (with boy group Ateez being backup dancers). It’s a mix of rap and traditional music and it’s very entertaining.
Actually i can say this is not the first and the only "story" mv that super junior had, they made few, maybe you can try Mamacita drama version, they made 2 mvs for this song, also maybe you can try This Is Love and Evanesce, these 2 mvs were connected, or maybe cool video theme like Devil and Magic. Thanks for the thumbnail. Leeteuk became my bias in the "Black Suit" era. I thought he looked spectacular with that red hair (it was orange-red, not pink :)). Actually SuJu already became famous for the suit look 10 years ago with "Sorry, Sorry". But I agree that it "suits" them even better now. And if you like a group, that one is a must see anyway. The yellow frames are obviously inspired by the graphic layouts of manga panels.

Also, VIXX's G.R.8.U. uses reverse-time footage, and the members learned to say their lines backwards so their mouth movements would match, so I think you would also find that MV interesting.
