Whatever good things happening about Tibet is because of H. Holiness the Dalai Lama’s steadfast, wise guidance along nonviolence approach that has resulted in this good news about Tibet and also the important effective leadership exercised by Sikyong Penpa Tsering la. We should be proud of our leadership. I pray and wish His Holiness long life from the depth of my heart. My countrymen, we are all Tibetans, above any provincial preferences. Amdo,khampa, U Tsang alone cannot represent Tibet. Tibet was great empire in 7th and 8th century, that time provincial division did not exist. Let’s learn from past history.
