@@Raxter113 actually bro before 2016 any player worthy under 19 was eligible to play the world cup but in 2016 but in 2016 Rahul Dravid made it a rule when he was the coach of young u19 group that a player even if he fits in the underage bracket of 19 can play only one wc at u19 level because sarfaraz Khan the Mumbai player was part of u19 wc in 2014 @UAE & in 2016 @Bangladesh was under age of 19 and could have been a part of that 15 men squad that later won the world cup in 2018 so to avoid any scenarios like that in future BCCI made it a rule now

Not only IPL . Any sport in India should have leagues because only a handful play for the country, then what about others. Here comes the league which helps player to improve and also helps them financially. And leagues provide a huge transparency in show casing talents. The most important aspect of a league also will be that that's the way how you select the top players of your country. I wish I had the power .....I had a vision. I want the upcoming generation parents not to stop their children from stopping sports by saying what will you do financially.
