I don't see how people miss out on the fact that this song is about D/s, just like Master and Servant, and Strangelove. Sure, it's more subtle, but it's still clear enough.
I'd go with 1) Dressed in Black, 2) Fly on the Windscreen, 3) World Full of Nothing, 4) A Question of Lust. Aside from perhaps Sometimes, every track on the album is great.
