- The Appalachian Trail from Delaware Water Gap to Unionville (mile 1294.7 - 1346.2). Easy/Nips is scared of snakes, we lose our trail family for the foreseeable future, and we pass the highest point in New Jersey.

Dunnfield creek and sunfish pond are a great place to hike. I live in jersey and go there often. Last time I was there I saw a family of beavers slapping the water
The mountain laurel is so beautiful. I'm so blessed to live in the Appalachian mountains. I know it's not like the PCT... but it's home for me.
Pink flowers appear to be mountain laurel.
I remember climbing that fire tower and it was windy as f"*k.
Keep on keepin' on....
Sorry to hear jukebox won’t be finishing with you, she seems very pleasant as well as a good hiking companion. Travel well.
Love snakes. Thank you for pausing there. The snakes go where their food source goes. Gee, I'm gonna miss Juke Box.
With the wildlife and fire towers and lack of rain it looks like the best couple days so far, even if a little cold, and screw ticks.
I did want to hike the AT until I saw all this snake footage
Great video!
Thanks!!
Welcome to NY, and greetings from Lake Placid
Guess I’m never sleeping in a shelter ever.
14:54 At least you won't have to worry about mice at this one.
THEY DO THAT A LOT AROUND HERE. I GUESS IT IS EASIER TO FIND FOOD SOMETIMES ?
"That's down".... sweat in my hands...
OMG Juliana.... it's just a black snake. They have teeny tiny little teeth. It's like being bitten by a baby. They cannot hurt you. LOL
I can't even watch the fire tower part!
Does juke box have a TH-cam channel of her own? If she does I can't find it.
Too many snakes for me in this whole video... even if they are harmless, they are still scary to me... 😏😁
The bears are notoriously worse than the snakes in his area!
At lease the snakes eat the mice.
