I would argue that Disney VHS Cassettes do have value, in that they probably contain versions of the movie that have now been otherwise deleted, sought of like watching Star Wars movies, that don't have the enhanced 90's reissue versions, or credit Disney, even though Twentieth Century Fox, owned the rights for many years. Basically non-revamped editions, potentially otherwise, no longer exsisting versions, closer to the original, which will never get released for other formats. Btw, bought SMB 1, 2 & 3, for NES, loose carts, over 20-years-ago £1, each, from my local Cash Converters; still got them.
I’ll maybe start checking them in the future. Being able to spot which would have “deleted versions” I’m not sure how too. Maybe I’m just not clued up enough on which to look for. Nice pickups of the NES games at that price. Absolute bargain. 👌🏻
