In this video, Bill, Charles, Dennis and Mark select their underrated England XI from the Premier League era. Each player must have 40 caps or under and available for selection from 1992 onwards, with uncapped players being allowed. Players can be underrated/overlooked for different reasons, whether they played under the wrong manager, had world-class players in their positions, wrong tactics to suit the player, injuries and more.
