    Honestly sometimes Packet Tracer pings wont work even if you do them correctly. I'm glad there are resources online to guide you through these. It can get confusing and its easy to become frustrated.

    • @TechAcad

      Yes, it happens. Just save and restart the packet tracer, it will work!

    Sir, You're an awesome tutor ! Since day 1 I've been watching your every cisco configurations video you've posted and I'm getting very interested to learn more about cisco switching and routing concepts. You're my real professor... Thank you so much for making this cisco learning very interesting .

    I though you had to create your own subnet table for the ipv6 addresses and I was so confused. I skipped to the part 2 and luckily with your explanation I realized that it's just assigning the ipv6 the same way you'd do with ipv4.

    thank you so much! I have a question how do you determine that 255.255.255.128 is the subnet mask?

    • @TechAcad
      @TechAcad  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Once you learn Subnetting, you will learn all these details.

    Your video is very helpful. Thank you for that and at the same time would include from the beginning( i.e mean when you set up your packet racer it doesn't give full image because you started from the middle which is preconfigured.) In order to have full understanding, can you please, something from the initial to give or to have where you started?

    why we wrote subnet mask as 128 at the end , where that 128 came from?

    • @TechAcad

      Once we do the subnetting, the Subnet Mask also changes!
