porzingis game 1 performance might be my favourite moment out of all. i think when he was able to do that after being away for so long just blew open the flood gates of celtics confidence, that just set the tone for the whole series!
Totally. It was like ‘we’ve been good but now we’re good with KP cos it’s the Finals’. Inspirational stuff that carried the team through even though KP got hurt again. Sometimes you need a boost at the right time and KP provided it.
The whole team played the season with a vengeance. In the end, Red lit a victory cigar and all the Celtic greats were high fiving each other in Celtic Heaven.
What a great vid. Im so proud of the celtics organization. The high character of this team is so underappreciated. Im extremy proud of JB & JT to win & validate themselves & their family. They are great champions that have remained humble 🍻
Props to you man, this was incredibly well put together! The ending gave me goosebumps. The only slight complain I have is that especially in the first few minutes the background music's volume felt a bit too high to me and it kinda overlapped with the players' voiceover. But your work undoubtedly deserves a lot of views, you earned a sub from me! Keep going
Thanks for honoring this great team of guys. They deserve it. Among all the great moments by everybody on the team, I have to say the most jump out of your seat moment has to be the crazy half court shot by Pritch.
Before the 23-24 Celtics, nobody believed in Team Basketball and just relied on Stars and Stats... What they gonna say now!? On to #19! 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
Man what a video. I’ve been waiting for this championship for 16 years man I always knew the Jays were gonna bring it to us too. Got waaaaaay to much love for this team seriously, probably my all time favorite group of guys not even just as a Celtics team. Great video man!
The Jays are too Good and kept Improving every season. Once Jrue and KP Got here I knew we would win. It was just about staying healthy and not beating ourselves up In the playoffs too much. This was the best season of basketball I’ve ever watched. I’m 35 and started watching Celtics at 14!!
Awesome move man, loved the details slipped in that only true fans would know like the Tatum punching brown in the chest and brown reacting in pain 😂 also brown getting him back the next game 😂 as a fan this already gave me a sense of nostalgia for a great year, I’m sure I’ll watch again a few more times over the years, definitely earned a sub
As much hate as the celtics get, this team deserved to win more than any other team. This core has grinded for years to get to this point and it was amazing to see them finally reach that goal.
JB is 100% disrespected by the league and fans. This is a guy who was the most efficient volume scorer on his team while also being the primary defender on Luka Doncic. He can guard almost any position on the floor, shoot close to 39% from beyond, rebound and is improving as a passer. Man, what else do you want in a player? And the crazy part is that every year JB takes a noticeable step forward with his game. He is on an improvement trajectory that will see him amongst the all-time greats if he can sustain it.
Jayson Tatum is the best American player in the NBA, the second best overall player in the NBA And after next season will be the best player in the NBA as one on one defense, especially the versatility to play on the perimeter or protect the rim have become more and more important as teams have learned to create schemes on offense that isolate the weakest defender of their opponent
Wow never heard of this channel before but thank you for this! That was a phenomenal documentary and I appreciate all the hard work and detail put into it
Wow this was amazing. Where does this creator get their clips I wonder! All of those camera angles of those shots we all saw during the playoffs? That always amazes me when people can splice content together like this without actually working for official NBA teams and having access to their databases. Mad impressive
Thank you, Schuyler! Thankfully there are things like the Celtics' "Beneath the Banners" & "All In" and the NBA's "Chasing History" that give all the great angles of plays, I just have to fit them in with the storylines and soundbites. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
The only thing that worries me about next year's team is JT's approach... In the playoffs he really developed into a playmaker, getting open shots for his team. This basically made him a triple-double machine and opened the floor up for everyone else. On the other side of the coin, he watched JB get the ECF and Finals MVP. He said all the right things but I am hoping he doesn't revert back to playing ISO because it bothered him. Who cares man? You guys all got paid, team ball is what got you there...I hope JT and JB understand what they have and focus on winning during this 2-3 year window.
Tatum could be a 25/10/7 guy next year with elite defense. I think he could win MVP and Boston could win more than 64 games. My honest opinion. His game developed during this past playoffs.
I feel like he knows what helps and what hurts things. I think he and jb can only get better and better as playmakers. So many dependable guys around them, they won't get greedy
Buddy this is all in ur head lol Tatum did what he always does... Which is take advantage of what the opponents defense is doing During the finals Dallas was severely overplaying Tatum daring him to pass... And Tatum obliged If teams decide to try and defend Tatum honestly, hel drop 30/35 a game along with 4/5 assists a game in the post season If they keep trapping him on pick n rolls and overplaying his side on offense... Hel drop 20/25 a game along with 8-10 assists a game Tatum has learned how to attack any style of defense with maximum results
@@lurkintomgaming397I think mazzula is only going to play Tatum, brown, jrue and white about 28 to 30 minutes a game during the regular season... As the Celtics biggest concern will be keeping everyone healthy Horford will probably play every other game, and only about 25 minutes a game in the games he does play Pritchard, Hauser, springer, schierman, and Tillman are going to play about 20 minutes per game... Kornet and queta about 15 mpg each So I don't think Tatum's stats are going to jump off the pages .. but his efficiency should go WAY UP
@@JayR-o9z I think his rebounding will stay about the same and his scoring will go down again, but I do believe his assists are gunna go up significantly. He is a playmaker now. I don’t mind him scoring less really it doesn’t hurt the team it makes them a lot more dangerous. I think he’s gunna put up Larry Bird Statlines in all honesty but a better defender. The one things Jayson been slow to come around on is consistent playmaking resulting in 5 apg or more and I think he’s there now. 25/10/7 I am hoping for. I think he was what 27/9/3 last year ?
I remember when KP was injured in round 1 against the Heat and the news broke that he wasn’t expected to be back in playing condition until the finals. My friend joked that “at least he’ll only miss like 10 games before he gets to play again” because to us it was just a given that this Celtics team would continue dominating in the playoffs and reach the finals easily. That’s how crazy good this year’s team was

It's funny because back when Haliburton was in the draft I said that Boston should trade Kemba, Timelord and picks to try and move up and grab him as our PG of the future. Fans at the time called me crazy because "why would you trade Kemba for some rookie". Anyone who watched Haliburton in college could tell he had at least All-Star reserve potential.
Man, people will look at the stats and the accolades from the regular season and the playoffs and still try to discount how purely dominant this team is. Unreal stuff.
Success is so much sweeter when you experience failure before the summit 🙏 Got the fans' hearts broken in 2022 and 2023 but now they finally made it. It's funny looking at all these ESPN and the whole NBA media hating on the Celtics though. "They got no chance against Dallas", now look at those clowns eating their words LUL
It's funny they said the celtics weren't tested like losing to Miami and the warriors didn't happen lol. They have been tested since they took lebron to gm 7 in 17☘️

There's a reason why the media's always wavering and changing their opinions on guys like Tatum while players continuously speak of his greatness. Thanks for watching!
