I am drooling over that lasagne. I never knew béchamel was so easy. I love your heating system. Radiators used to be popular in the US but now are only found in old buildings. We have a wood stove that supplies most of our heat and if only we had a radiator system, our house would much warmer in the winter. Great video! I think you two are the beautiful people and great job on the build, not sure if you realize the potential of a shadow over your solar panel as I just watched that build episode. I have a work around solution for you if your interested, as you modified your roof rack by cutting out rail braces that gave the rack stability. If you further modify that side and rotate the top rail so it lays flat along the edge of the solar panel you will remove the shadow effect and also help protect the panel edge from possible tree damaging the panel corners. But then when I saw how many of them were there, and that they're NOT ladybugs at all, they spray stinky liquid, it was extremely satisfying to watch you vacuum them out of there! @Mark Hepworth Central forced air. Usually gas or oil powered or individual heaters in each room. Not very economic.
