@@BoardGameCo The day I got the notis about it from the Rallyman Dirty I went online and got the last copy of Ceasar's Empire I could find in Sweden. Was on my "check out later" list but with HGG going under I decided to get it when possible. Also an Asterix fan as a kid but the game itself was fun so happy I got it.
Heat: Pedal to the Metal is a streamlined version of Formula D. When I played Caesars Empire, I felt like it was a streamlined version of Concordia. Does anyone else feel this way?
Hidden gem of last year. Feels like a light cube rails game.
I’m so glad you enjoyed this game! I feel the same way about it! It’s way better than it should be! I love both this game and Mille Fiori
Would love to add to my collection due to theme and some resemblance to Ticket to Ride, might be hard due to whole HGG situation..
Feel no shame for liking this one so much. Having played it a ton with different players, my excitement hasn't waned yet!
Oh I know you're the proponent for it :) I've continued to play and enjoy it since this review which has been great
HGG no longer exists. Unknown if anyone has picked up the rights for this game, sadly.
Ya ....it's very sad

And I got my Rallyman Dirt finally a couple of weeks ago. Hope there will be a solution for everyone waiting in NA as well.
if i ever see it i will pick it up since its great to help get people in modern board gaming since its so light but the problem is the HGG situation
Ticket To Rome?

I agree with you on heat versus formula. D, but I think Concordia has so much more going on then Caesar's empire
It’s an interactive game, the variance is the other players.
Played it couple of weeks ago but didn't enjoy it :( Turn sequence matters a lot.
